I cannot recommend this online store at all. After a incredibly slow delivery time of a bike box, I…read moreno longer resided at the address which the package was sent to. I have emailed H&S around 10-11 times now, trying to arrange a courier pick up. They have responded in an off-hand way twice now, saying that they are trying to contact the couriers. This level of customer service is unacceptable - the team there are clearly ignoring this issue (it has been ongoing for 10 weeks now).
This is by far the worst customer service I have received from any store - offline or online. There are much better alternatives out there.
