My mothers best friend called Mr. Minot to get him moving at one point over the 8 months and he never returned her call. She saw my mother just after signing the will and my mother asked her "Am I Dead?". A nurse that told me my mother was irrational and a friend stating my niece brain washed my mother against me. When I first talked to Mr. Minot about my case he assured me it would be a simple invalidation of the will. Well, that was a complete lie. I feel so duped by Mr. Minot and his lack of understanding and his extremely rude bedside manor on calls actually telling me to be quiet and let him talk constantly!!
