I wish we hadn't waited as long as we did to find For The Love of Clean! I met with Vanessa and Chasity and felt immediately comfortable with both of them. I took them on a tour of the home and they were not instantly scared away which was a great start. Then they mentioned that they are also certified organizers as well! We have no idea that was a thing. We had them come in and clean and organize our main living areas. We gave him full freedom to work their magic and we were SHOCKED at how amazing our home looked. They cleaned a corner of the living room that was the "corner of death" full of boxes and random junk that didn't have a home and they found a home for all of it. We had them come back 3 weeks later to help organize our upstairs guest bedrooms (junk rooms) and the level of care and love they put into their work is apparent. We cannot wait to have them help out with organizing the kitchen cabinets and pantry. Now we look forward to coming home and LOVE OUR CLEAN AND ORGANIZED HOME!! We have set up a monthly cleaning, but what really blew us away was the organizing. They help us to find things that will work in our space to help us organize things. They are in their late seventies, one with dementia and they have 3 Down's syndrome adult children that live with them. The house requires bi-weekly cleaning and I hired magic mops to give a helping hand. Initially they did so, but back in November, they inexplicably stopped. I was not made aware of this until we had a sudden death in the family and I travelled to visit. Now, while having to deal with this unfortunate and terrible situation, I had to also try to deal with magic mops. I called, left messages, I even used the text function on the website but to no avail. I have yet to hear back from them in over two weeks. All I wanted was to get the situation sorted out and get the house cleaned while burying a loved one. Not one communication from Magic Mops, but I can assure you they have been and continue to bill my credit card. To say Magic Mops is taking advantage of us is an understatement, and to think they would continue to bill for services they are not performing for an elderly and mentally handicapped household is abhorrent. I cannot begin to explain the frustration. This review is all I can do to warn you against using this unscrupulous and untrustworthy company.
