We can't say enough good things about Brew Park. Harry is our little Yorkie, and like many dog parents, we were nervous about finding the right place for him. From our very first visit, Dana took the time to answer every question, introduce us to the process, and make us feel completely comfortable. That first impression meant everything, and it's only gotten better from there. One of the things we love most is the concept itself. The dogs can play for as long as they want throughout the day while you relax in the restaurant, have lunch, grab a drink, or even get some work done. It's such a fun, unique environment, and we were pleasantly surprised by how affordable it is. Harry has gained so much confidence there. Watching him make friends and actually enjoy playing with other dogs has been amazing. We also recently boarded him for five days while we were out of town. Leaving your dog behind is never easy, but Brew Park made it so much easier. Every day we received a report card and photos, and seeing Harry happy, playing, and having fun gave us so much peace of mind. The entire staff genuinely knows and cares about the dogs. You never feel like your pet is "just another dog." Finding people you trust with your furry family member is priceless, and that's exactly what we've found at Brew Park. Harry gets excited every time we pull into the parking lot, and I think that says it all. We couldn't recommend Brew Park more highly. read more

Great experience! You can either go in with your dog or sit in a waiting area that serves coffee, food and alcohol! Such a fun idea. The place was well kept and the staff are super attentive. There are 2 staff in the room to break up any dogs that need it. They are redirecting dogs and picking up after them as well. We felt like our pup was being very well taken care of. How leadership handles customer complaints will tell you everything you need to know about a brand. After "certified" groomer Kait Carlson injured our dog in 2 areas, never communicated this to us at pick up, (as I was later informed she should have,) our labradoodle developed an infection that led to $700+ additional vet visits/meds/supplies...(not to mention, by the looks and smell of it, we questioned if he'd even been shampooed at all on groom day). This happened in July, and I have been trying since then to have them meet me at least halfway with the expenses. However, after multiple attempts to address this and sending them my invoices, the Brew Park manager assured me that her upper leadership was still looking into things, but that there had been a "death in the family." I can respect a family loss and was patient, but after subsequent follow ups, I was given the same excuse each time, and never heard a word from "leadership". I followed up again last week, and finally heard from Jake Henninger (Director of Business and Staff Development,) 6 months after the fact, and the excuses abounded.....yes sorry, actually we had 2 deaths in the family, and oh, sorry we never got your (multiple) messages from the manager and by the way she doesn't work here anymore (convenient), and finally, the groomer just contracts with us (therefore, not really our problem). I explained that the services of their 3rd party/contracted affiliates are under their brand, but he didn't seem to care. Last week he said he'd agree to pay for the first vet visit ($130,) and I said I would also at least like a full refund for the grooming services plus tip ($200)... In total, this would be $330. He agreed to get back to me on "Monday" this week, after speaking to their groomer. He did not. So I followed up today and was met with more excuses (was waiting to receive the invoices from the vet, because they weren't attachments I could open...even though he was reading the invoices to me last week). Then, he tells me they will refund me $250. I told him this is not we'd discussed last week and asked him several times if he'd even spoken to the groomer but he refused to answer me. This is not even 50% of my out-of-pocket costs. Actually, the grooming service with the vet costs would be $900+! I can assure you, if you look at this place, they are making hand over fist. I let them know from the beginning I'm not "trying to get rich," off of this, but am asking for reasonable reimbursement. Yet in spite of them causing the issue, neglecting to tell me about the injuries, ignoring me for 6 months and blaming everyone and everything else, I've declined their offer and will be pursuing this in small claims court. A lot of unnecessary time wasted. Am I the only one, or does it seem like "customer service" has taken a complete nosedive since Covid? So disappointing. read more

I wanted to love this place but it was just ok. First the pros... The staff is super friendly and knew a lot of the dog's names. They were super fast to clean up messes. I just felt like they really cared. There is also a pop machine with sodas for $1 which is convenient. (it is by the bathrooms). The dogs were really friendly and there are a quite a few that are there being boarded or for day care that wanted attention so it was fun to spend time with other pups. The big negative is the smell and cleanliness. The park is covered in astroturf. When they notice a dog peeing they spray it with a some sort of spray. But the place smells like urine so bad it is hard to breathe. I don't know how anyone could eat at the restaurant after being in there. I normally don't mind dogs jumping on me but knowing they were walking on the same turf that is peed on 100s of times creeped me out. I didn't want those paws on my pants. We had plans afterwards and decided we should go home and change our clothes 1st in case we picked up the smell. I honestly think this place would be a 5+ if they tore out the astroturf and could actually clean up messes. I didn't even go in the restaurant since the smell took any thought od food out of my mind but I wish I would have at least walked in. We like this location better than the downtown one but the downtown one is much cleaner. So if I wanted to take my dog again I think I would choose that one over this one. I will say too that my dog seemed just ok with this place. She walked around and met all the humans and dogs but she gave me a look like this place smells can we leave? I think she was overwhelmed. An updated review for Brew Park and another 5 star experience! I love the upgrades the Brew Park has made with the raised platforms for some fun agility runs, not the mention the reasonable vaccine/documentation for pups. I remember having to upload a neg stool sample result which some vets don't regularly ask for - they nixed this which is helpful for a lot of people. I appreciate the entrance fee of $10 now (instead of the previous $15) so I don't feel as bad about getting that extra drink or coffee. The spot is always kept clean and the staff is so quick to break up fights, clean up after pups without owners present, and are so friendly. Love it and will keep coming back! read more

This is such a fun place to come and bring your dog to get the wiggles out! It is a large room with fake turf for your pup to run around in and make friends with other pups AND people! Previous reviews mention a bad smell, but they must have taken that to heart, as there were no bad smells when I was there. They have bottles of what I assumed was a solvent of some sort that if a dog does pee in the room, you can spray that spot immediately to take care of it. The brew part was my favorite though.. a better selection of food and drink than you would expect for a place like this, and the food was really good! There's a "bar top" with a glass window so you can sit and watch your pup play. My friends and I all brought our dogs and then enjoyed a beer while watching them run around. There are employees in the space to manage if anything breaks out, but we were there for a few hours and nothing ever happened. Someone mentioned to me also that people will bring their dog and then work on their laptop while their dog gets to play. What a great idea! read more

My husband and I took our shy dog on a Friday morning right after they opened. Check-in was quick and smooth (we did register her online and uploaded all her required records beforehand.) There were already a handful of dogs when we arrived, some of which were from the in-house doggie daycare/boarding and the some that brought by their owners in the main park area. There was always at least one "park ranger" overseeing the dogs - making sure they weren't playing too ruff/humping each other/constantly barking/etc, cleaning up poop and spraying disinfectant/neutralizer (?) on pee. They knew the names of the regulars which was great. Our dog wasn't into it so luckily we had the side park to ourselves where she was able to run back and forth and chase after balls provided by the park once she settled in a bit. For the dog parents, there are TVs in the park area and a café with huge windows overlooking the park where they can keep an eye on the action and squeal over each cute puppy that comes in (and where their dogs can keep an eye on them.) The café serves beverages, both alcoholic and non-alcoholic (to include coffee,) and a variety of food, both human and dog. I didn't try the food or sit in the cafe but it seems like a great place to do some work while your dog plays. There's also a little boutique with doggie gear, clothing, and toys. The only drawback is that the park is covered in AstroTurf so the pee/ammonia smell was overwhelming after a bit but definitely nice to have an indoor dog park around if there's three feet of snow on the ground and it's unbearably cold (if your dog is into it!) read more

This visit/review has been a LONG time coming - my dogs and I were members of a different local indoor dog park and when our memberships expired, we decided to try out Brew Park. I have been keeping up with this place and their updates since they opened! We were pleased to see that the January entrance fee was $10 instead of $15 (not sure about additional dogs as I just brought my one dog). I was wondering how it would be upon walking in as a first time visitor but the staff were great from the second I walked in, not overbearing but informative and supportive! Our questions were answered before we even had them!  Within minutes of walking in, my dog Bart was a bit shy and with the dogs who rushed to greet him, I found that most owners came forward to keep their dogs from overwhelming him, supporting them in greeting my dog calmly. Staff in the play area came up to say hello shortly after entering the space, asking his name and about him, which was very appreciated and their interest felt very authentic. Throughout our couple hours, they regularly came up to encourage play with Bart, to say hello to him, or ask about him - that felt great as a dog parent! I also felt that dog owners were present and quick to intervene if needed. The space truly felt sooo calm over the 2-3 hours we were there. There was one instance where a dog got pretty loud/aggressive with my dog (unexpectedly, they had been playing on and off all night). The owners intervened right away (and the staff were there immediately), the owners removed the dog, and they left. Staff checked our doggy and he was fine, just lots of noise but no contact. They supported him as he got comfortable again in the space.  First of all, we will return! A couple things that made us decide on 4 stars was the potty breaks are through the front door, they don't have a door in the play place to use, you will have to go through the front doors to bring your dog to go potty. Another things is that it is a bit more expensive than other local indoor dog parks but they do offer more and their food/drink prices are less so it balances out! They also offer daycare and boarding among other things which is really nice. One thing was there was a unique smell when entering the play area, it went away quickly but was very apparent. I did see all dog owners spray (with what looked to be a pre prepared cleaning solution in a spray bottle) all potty accidents. We will encourage others to check it out and will return, a big thing was the lovely staff. read more

I thought this was a novel idea! An indoor dog park where you could get a bite to eat and watch the dogs play. While the idea is nice, they missed the mark on execution. The reception area is nice, and has a little boutique with toys and merch. Once we walked into the dog play space the stench of urine/ammonia was overwhelming. We went to the restaurant and in my opinion it was way overpriced with a limited menu. We had visited a similar business in Florida and I guess my expectations of this place were way too high. As a former manager of a dog daycare I would be mitigating the urine smell immediately. Note to management. Work on reducing urine odor! read more

I love Brew Park! I bring my dog there for daycare and for single day visits. I've even come without my dog for happy hour and trivia night! Staff: The staff at Brew Park are so friendly and clearly have a lot of love for the dogs who come in. Since my dog occasionally goes in for daycare, the employees start to recognize him and call him out by name whenever we visit. They love to play and cuddle with him and it helps me feel more secure that he's always well taken care of even when I'm away. Not only is the staff loving, but they're also attentive with the dogs ensuring that play remains friendly and stopping any potentially bad behaviors before they can get too far. Food: Some of my favorites are the Brew Park Pretzels - mostly I love the beer cheese sauce they come with! Brew Park Wings with the "Belly Rub" dry rub - the wings are nice and moist and the dry rub has a lovely flavor Turkey Baguette Sandwich - a lovely blend of savory, sweet, and crispy. I love especially love the onion jam on it! Events: I love that Brew Park is often hosting multiple kinds of events. I would say the ones I attend most frequently are they small dog social hours and trivia night. There always seems to be some new creative idea for a fun event that the park hosts, so it's nice to keep things fresh and interesting. My dog and I had a great time at the Brew Park in Plymouth! Seriously the cutest indoor dog park ever, with great pup-themed decor. Humans are free and dogs are $15 to enter. You do need to register your pup and enter their vaccines online before entry. The indoor dog park is on turf so it's great for the pups to run and play around in. There was plenty of staff to help watch and play with the pups so it felt like a very positive and safe experience. They have a cafe, pet store, and bar area with food so there's lots to do! They also have doggy daycare and boarding options. Overall a very fun experience that gave my dog great exercise on a wintry day. We will be back for more puppy playdates!! read more

We went for a birthday party and my dog had the time of her life. We typically take her to an outdoor dog park because she's so energetic and has insane cheetah level zoomies. But she knew to rein it in and still tired herself out playing with everyone. Rules are easy to abide, staff is great and attentive. If you rent a room for a cute little dog party, you get a pretty good package. Everyone gets pup cups, there's cake and decor, even toys and props for the dogs to play. I'd take her again as it's a good way for her to socialize, especially during winter. Aside from the bar, there's also a restaurant and a cafe too. I myself didn't check it out as I wanted to be near my dog and make sure she would behave in an indoor park setting, but I definitely will next time! read more

Adorable! My review is based solely on stumbling across this as I was taking my pup to the vet next door. The large parking lot had easy to read signage and all the humans walking their pets into Brew Park stole my curiosity. The entire strip mall area is connected to a vet, a boarding facility and then this park / coffee shop / brewery. Call it a 3 for 1 deal and I love the entire concept - I haven't stumbled across anything like it before. The interior has a green turf and by reading the pricing online, it appears humans are free and dogs are $15. There is a registration form that must be filled out in advance plus vaccination paperwork. Overall, the space is extremely clean and there are various employees who monitor doggie play on the inside turf and seem very welcoming and available to help. The big windows allow for mom/ dad to escape for a drink or food while at the same time having access to the pups. There is even a small boutique that sells fun merchandise such as tops, leashes, bandanas, dog treats and toys. I totally look forward to returning for play time in the future.
