Terrible service and didn't receive a discount for being short an entire bus for a 3 day event! One of the two buses/drivers was often late. One day the driver came and brought a passenger with them. We rented the buses for 3 days for a youth event. Do not hire this company as they are a scam and do not take responsibility for their actions!

The driver was so polite and friendly that we asked if he would pick us up when we returned on Saturday, 11/17. He told us to call when we disembarked and he would do that. We were scheduled to disembark between 10-10:30 am, so we called and asked for the pick up at 10:30. At 10:20, the driver called to say he was there. Unfortunately, due to delays at Customs, we did not get off the ship until after 11:30!! During that time, the driver communicated with us regularly and was so kind to wait for us!! I can not tell you how very THANKFUL we were for his kindness!! And then, when he dropped us off at the airport, I left my bag on the bus and he came running after me to give it to me. What a blessing that was!! Unfortunately, we didn't get his name, but here is his picture! I hope you will recognize him for his excellent service and again express our thanks! From the moment we boarded, the atmosphere was fun and upbeat. The music playlist was perfect for a day on the water, and the crew (Matt and JC) kept the energy going the entire trip. The highlight, of course, was the dolphins. They showed up right on cue and put on an amazing show, swimming alongside the boat and giving everyone plenty of opportunities for photos and memories. This was a fantastic experience for all ages, and we had so much fun. We will definitely be doing it again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a fun outing on the water!

The dolphin sightings happened in the middle and again toward the end of the trip, for a total of about 10-20 minutes. That was definitely the highlight of the experience--our kids really loved seeing the dolphins. However, between and after the sightings, there was a lot of walking on the beach under the hot sun. The walking felt long and tiring, especially for the kids, and there was no shade. During the tour, an elderly woman also started feeling unwell due to the heat, and an ambulance was called to assist her. Overall, while seeing the dolphins was a wonderful experience, I would recommend preparing for a long amount of walking and strong sun exposure, especially for families with young children or elderly guests.

The only downside was the pickup time, very early, return time very late. One tire had a blowout near Ellington Mall and we were taken there by another bus until the tire was replaced. If you don't want to drive for 5 hours or have a 14 day cruise (parking $308 + gas and tolls), take the bus.

We started at Lucky Lobster and experienced the best Lobster and Shrimp Pizza and also Lobster Bisque. Never had that combination before but it was off the chart good! There were many great stops but our favorite was Harley's Popcorn! So much so that we later ordered a tin of Popcorn to be delivered to family!! And the grand finale was the dessert and coffee at the Bon Appetit Restaurant! Fresh hot coffee and a choice of many desserts.
