Brewer Construction was the sub on our project and was responsible to do the foundation and the in floor heat. After all was said and done the foundation did NOT meet code and the in floor heating does not work as intended. Brewer refuses to fix the problem as does our general contractor TWC Construction even though a citation from the county has been issued. Both of these contractors are lacking in skills and professionalism. Do NOT even consider hiring them if you want things done right!!! read more

We asked Brewer Construction to come to our home to give us an estimate to have our concrete slab basement floor leveled so that we could put down laminate flooring. The person who came to the house was friendly and efficient, lamented the condition of our floor with us, and took measurements to evaluate how much work would have to be done. When he left he said he would call us with an estimate within a few days. A week later, we called to check in and left a message with the person who answered the phone, requesting a call back with the estimate. At the time, we could hear him in the background speaking with the person who had answered the call. We never received any further contact. read more
