They really should tell you when you set up your appointment or ask if you want to set up a second exam. Update: they did call today with three canceled appointments. Decided to try somewhere else, since there have been a lot of issues here. My son had an exam on the 13th and they just sent the glasses out four or six days ago. No one told us that the frames just came in that day and that was the hold up - until I spoke with them today. When my husband went to pick up his glasses they had the lenses in the wrong frame and he said they just had them in a drawer mixed together. They have a trial contact in for one eye for my husband who was seen on the 13th as well and they won't give the script until he gets the trial contracts. Apparently - they are on back order but my husband was told they expected them to be there in a few days. Hopefully the doctor can just finalize the prescription so we can go somewhere else. Would not recommend.

I was VERY pleased with his staff, expertise, service, facility, technology and knowledge. He solved that problem and diagnosed something else that had been bothering me. When he finally spoke it was just "hi" and a few questions about my vision, he started working immediately and was very short with everything he said.
