As far as service, my waitress tawana was pretty horrible as she seemed illiterate and could not understand what I was saying and it seemed like she just didn't know what the items I wanted were nor could she even find them on her pad. She also had to ask another waitress what an item was on top of that. I also ordered 10 wings and was charged for 20 and the correct beverages weren't on my ticket. She had to get someone else to fix my ticket. 2/10 only because my food was out timely. The wings were delicious, slight crisp on the skin and juicy meat inside. I got the hot Texas bbq and I think the Carolina hot or something as my flavors and both were so great in there own spicy way. 9/10 on both of the wings. I'm a fan of darker places I don't like it to be very bright like a lunch room. This location was great for my preference. Nice and dark and the music wasn't overly loud. Good vibe. What a shit-show. Sat for 35 minutes waiting for one combo meal in an empty dinning room while the kitchen staff was so loud I could hear them from across the dining room. As I sat alone, I got sadder and somewhat appalled by the offerings calories. I get it.. it's beer, wings, deep fried things and 'salads'. The least caloric entry was 1800 kCal. Oh my! The wings were TINY and basically had ZERO meat and were extremely dry, the quality of the sauce was nasty. They tasted like they were several day old reheated wings fried in reused oil. We were also extremely amazed at how much our bill was for what we got, 85 dollars for our two meals and three bar drinks We have never spent this much at BWW and the wings there are triple the size and taste AMAZING compared to this place. Ok... so this review is actually going to be a little hard for me to write. I have total mixed emotions. I guess I'll start from the beginning and then end with the reason why I am not going to give this place just one star. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon. We had just returned from Dallas because my husband's father passed away. So we were a bit emotional. My husband had been very upset and was having a hard time. We sat for a little bit when the server finally came up to the table. She asked what we wanted. My husband asked if they had Bud Platinum. She looked at him and said... I don't know! The way she said it was kind of shocking. He then asked her if she would please check for him and if they didn't have that, then he'd take a Bud Light. I ordered a Pespi. She left then came back with the Bud Platinum and my Pespi but was still being VERY rude. After a couple more rude comments I asked to speak with her manager. She went to get him and he promptly came over to the table. I remembered him from a yelp event that I had attended there a few months prior and told him that I remembered him. Then I informed him that his server was VERY rude. He apologized and said that he'd have a talk with her. He left our table and I believe had his talk with her right then because it sounded like someone was having a heated discussion in the direction that he walked. A few moments later he came back to the table... apologized again for her actions and said that she had a little bit of an attitude problem and that they were working on that. The next time she came to our table she was much nicer and we didn't have another problems from her from that point on. She had made such a chance that the experience didn't turn out badly at all. We ordered regular wings medium hot and they were wonderful. We will go back again because the manager seems to care with kind of service that his customers get and to me that means a lot. read more

I have been to many Brewingz in and around. The location in Baytown is decent. The wings are served hot when they come out and the celery was crisp and cold as well as the ranch being cold. The above is important to the quality of wings. I am a little disappointed that the waitstaff is not aware of current promotions or ongoing ones. I applaud the waitress for finding out the correct information. My other gripe is my free wings came out well before our dinner it was supposed to all come out at the same time. I always love Brewingz because it is close to home and food quality is always good. Food always comes out fresh and Hot. Standout items are the fried mushrooms the XL wings and I think it is called the habanero burger. Bar set up is nice screens as well as projection screens are available. The bad service by that server was made up for slightly by the server who actually brought out my food. But the wings themselves were bland. I ordered garlic parmesan and honey bbq. The garlic parmesan felt like it didn't have much flavor and needed to be dipped in a lot of ranch. The honey bbq was okay, nothing to write home about. I ordered 16 wings on the by one get one free Tuesday special and was hungry about an hour later, the wings were that tiny. The lady whom I originally placed my order with didn't ask me if I wanted anything else, just asked me if I wanted my tab. Truth is, I was so displeased that I did want my tab, but I figure for money-making sake she'd ask if I wanted desert or something. She didn't get a good tip and I don't think she deserved one. I rarely even feel compelled to write reviews, but I think this one deserved it. On the bright side, they do have plenty of TVs and projectors that are huge with different games on. So there's that. Yikes. This was not a great experience and I feel like we should have just stuck to Chili's instead. We came in on the Fourth of July weekend and it was pretty empty. I was actually excited to come here because my husband loves craft beer and this place literally has the word "brew" in the title. Big mistake. If you like crap beer like Buttweiser, you'll be happy here. The beer selection is awful, the food was awful, and the only thing that was genuinely good was the service from our waitress. I ordered the "tender and wing combo" which came with chicken tenders and 5 wings. I ordered the garlic Parmesan wings and was really expecting something good. "Wingz" is in their title, for God's sake. They were awful. They were extremely small in size and did NOT taste like garlic Parmesan at all. They were covered in grease and I had to use a napkin to blot a lot of it off. I was still hungry after eating those and the dried out pieces of chicken they call "tenders". They were not tender at all. The fries were straight from the freezer and the whole meal was just lackluster. It was not worth the 10-11$ I spent on it. We had no problems with the service. I don't know if it was just because we were there on a holiday weekend or what, but our waitress was attentive and friendly. I can honestly say that after spending 40$ on crap food in a dirty and outdated environment, that we will never be back. I'd rather go to BBW or Wingstop any day of the week.
