The service was quick and ambiance normal just people talking regular restaurant chatter. The food was great no complaints full of flavor and no issues with the way we order them cooked, the waiter was great service was great .

Just a quick bite on a Tuesday night. Nothing fancy place is close to home, and sometimes that's all you need. Plenty of options on the menu, but I stuck with the traditional cuts. Solid, no-nonsense food. Nothing trying too hard. Just good, simple stuff that hits the spot when you're not in the mood to overthink it.

I had been craving Longhorn for a couple of weeks and we finally made it. We had no real waiter and the steak was over cooked. I went to the bar to locate our server an request another that was medium. One of the MODs yelled and then came to see to what the problem was, I explained the steak was overcooked. Another casually dressed male came to the table and grabbed the steak and finally brought out another then ask us to see if it's to our liking and it was still overcooked. The waiter finally came by "Marisol G" and had the audacity to tell us she was busy getting a big table together and basically screw our service from her . I'm not going to write off Longhorn, but this was definitely the worst experience ever. To top of off it was our anniversary and we decided to celebrate at your restaurant.

I had the pleasure of eating here for almost two months. Sundays were my main day. Amanda and Megan were so kind to me! I usually sat at the bar. Service can be a little slow but I always gave grace since it's only usually one bartender. Looks like any other Longhorn if you've been to one. The food was ALWAYS great. Get the asparagus grilled with a little char! It's literally the best lol great location and food. I'd go back anytime I'm in town

First of all, it's not even busy on this Sunday evening and when we walked in there are 3 employees standing in the check in area and not a single one of them acknowledged us until the 4th girl came up and sat us down. That girl apologized to us after I mentioned this to her. As of late, this restaurant is going downhill. The restaurant smells dirty, the black cloth napkins smell nasty and the condiments on the table are nasty to touch. We kept chasing away gnats all throughout our meal. The sweet tea was not even sweet tea but a watered down version. We told the waitress and she said " I didn't make it" and laughed it off. The service was quick once we ordered but it is very disappointing that the food is not even as good as it used to be. The quality is much less than before. I truly miss old management who used to make sure the customer was happy but that's been years now. Employees should understand that the customer is what keeps them working and they should at least be taught to acknowledge people coming in and leaving because as we left, nobody standing at the checkout in podium spoke. Sad, sad, sad...

Upbeat Texas chic interior. Shiner bock was cold and delicious. House salad was crisp, air dried and luscious with blue cheese dressing. No Brussel sprouts so for the steamed broccoli--spot on and still had some bite. But. The star of the show. The headliner. Was absolutely the Prime Delmonico seared crusty with savory bark and perfect medium rare interior. Bite after juicy bite. I almost stalled before devouring all 16oz of this monster. Loved the hefty knife that was actually sharp to make short work of the steak

Bathroom 5/5: Average, clean and in a central location Dining Area 5/5: I love the high tables near the bar area. The benches are ok not ideal for an intimate setting. Even when the place gets packed it still feels spacious. Customer Service 5/5: No complaints in fact I've gotten great menu recommendations so far ! Food and Drinks 5/5: The Don Julio with all 3 Julio's is GOLD! Two of those and I'm straight. The steaks are all good. I've tried a variety of different steaks and no complaints. Whenever it wasn't right I sent it back and there were never any issues. Luckily, that only happened once and never on a to go order. As for sides, fried okra all the way! Price 5/5: $$ The steak price is actually really cheap for the taste. It tastes very good and within the $20 ballpark. Vibe 5/5: No complaints, can be noisy when it gets really packed but during the weekdays I could be in there for hours working on my laptop, chatting with the waiters and babysitting a Don Julio margarita. Overall 30/30: Can't go wrong with this location.

This is my first time doing takeout or To Go from Longhorn Steak House. I had a taste for salmon, but I was on lunch, so I only had an hour. After a little thought I said, why not use this opportunity to review their to go service. I placed my order online, and it told me, my order would be ready 25 mins after placing my order. That's already a plus, some other places have been 45 mins or more. After a few minutes I received a text stating to please check in using a link after parking in a "To Go" spot. I clicked the link, clicked the vehicle type and color, and spot number one was entered. After waiting approximately 3 to 5 minutes my food arrives at my car. The young man addressed me by my name and he was very polite. He told me to have a good day and I was off. The whole process was quick, simple, and hassle free. Five-Stars for takeout service and process. Once I arrived at my destination, I opened my box and was happy to see my salmon was separated from my cold salad. That's a plus. Both the salad and the salmon, not only looked good, it tasted good. Typically, I'm nervous about ordering salmon because I'm afraid it may be overcooked, but I was pleasantly surprised to see that this one was perfectly cooked and very moist. I must admit, when I first opened the container, the first thing that got me was the aroma of the seasonings, smelling like that, it had to be good. Oh and one last thing, the bread was warm and fresh.

This was in a to go box... But dammit these brussels sprouts are the best.
    Steve B.

I eat here all the time... The food overall is very good... But the thing that gets me back in the door is their crispy brussels sprouts. They make it with honey... And maybe some Masonic... And I'm not sure but I think maybe sprinkle it with baby, Jesus tears... I don't know what's in this, but it's so good.

Our server was very kind and took the time to engage in conversation and get to know us on a personal level. She also gave us a tour of the restaurant, which made the experience feel even more special. The owner even stopped by our table to welcome us since it was our first time visiting. One of our favorite parts was the cinnamon coffee. We enjoyed it so much that we wanted to purchase some to take home, but the gift shop had already closed. The manager overheard us asking about it and actually opened the gift shop so we could buy the coffee. That is truly putting customers first and making sure they have the best experience possible. They did everything perfectly. The food was just as amazing as the customer service, and that says a lot because the service was outstanding. Taylor is easily another reason we will return. I saw her interacting with other guests and I have no doubt they had the same experience we did. Of course, I had a filet and my husband had the twin lobster tails. We started with the crispy shrimp deviled eggs. We shared sides or the roasted brussel sprouts and the sweet corn. Located in River Oaks area, very elegant classy decor, a great interior to celebrate any special occasion. Service was good, no complaints there. Food however, was not up to par. Not worth the price. I ordered the Filet mignon and it was good but Perry's steak is better flavor wise. The sides were the most disappointing of all. The whipped Boursin potatoes are almost identical to boxed mashed potatoes. The macaroni and cheese was identical to boxed or velveeta. The red velvet dessert was ok, a bit too sweet and seems more like the frozen chocolate lava cakes you except red velvet. I couldn't believe it, I never thought I would have this kind of review but it is the honest truth. I will not be back here. It is not worth the hype.

We had the ribeyes, mash potato, mac and cheese, green beans, and French fries. The steak was seasoned perfectly and grilled to the perfect temperature to my liking. We are still talking about it, I can't wait to come back and try their chimichurri sauce. We ended with the strawberry and Cinnamon Toast Crunch cheese cake.
