My sister and I were staying in the hotel and wanted to grab a drink and an appetizer. We sat down at the end of the bar staff were finishing up after what must have been a large group I understand being busy but staff were so busy visiting amongst themselves it took a long time before we were even acknowledged. I like that this place has local beer on tap, especially silly the local Island City brewery. The service was good. I was waited on quickly, and my food arrived shortly after. The food was your typical bar food. Nothing spectacular, but not gross. The portions were rather small, and it's not the cheapest place to dine at. I do appreciate the creativity of this restaurant. The menu has some unique items. Such as the square cheese curds, and the variety of different house made sauces. I tried the poblano ranch, the "yum yum", and the maple fire. The maple fire was more so sweet, and didn't have any heat to it. read more

This was interesting.... Staff was nice. My wife ordered nachos... they were over cooked thus leaving the cheese and meat dry, tasteless and scratchy. I ordered a western burger, long story short I would have been better off going to the Burger King just on the other side of the block. It was $12 over priced that you can easily make better at home. I don't know you, but I bet you make a better burger that what I experienced here. I would've added photos but seriously it's not worth the time to illustrate the plated plain jane found that evening. We tried to order a half specialty half pepperoni pizza. We were told the kitchen could not do it because the specialty pizza and the pepperoni had two different sauces. I'm not a rocket scientist but maybe we could put each sauce on half the crust, put the toppings on and put it in the oven. Other than that, food is pretty good and nightly specials are good. read more

I'm glad we tried Brewskis. Who knew a bar inside a hotel would be this good! They offered 5 beers on tap and a variety of beer from breweries from around the country. The cheese curds were one of a kind and shaped like squares with a unique breading; A nice change from other restaurants. Will come here again for their duck wings! read more

We dined here as a party of 6 a few weeks ago for the first time. The restaurant itself is small, but we managed to find a table. It was loud as the table next to us was having a great time, but once they left, things quieted down. We started with a sampler appetizer. The onion rings, cheese chunks (not actual curds), and chicken strips were good. The chicken wings, however, were refrigerator cold on the inside. We told the waitress and she just says "sorry" and walked away. She brought out a couple plates of food, mine being first, and then goes to get the rest. I immediately notice the nachos that I ordered without tomatoes had tomatoes. She came back with the other plates and before I can say anything she says "I know you ordered them without tomatoes, but we have a new cook and he did it wrong, do you want new ones?" Why would they bring a plate of food they know is wrong to the table without fixing it first? I just said no as I didn't want the other people to have to wait longer (it was 40 minutes before we got our food the first time). I didn't eat but 3 bites of my meal, they ran out of iced tea so more than half the table couldn't get refills, and forgot the hush puppies on my parents seafood platter. When in town this is definitely worth stopping. A small place with very good quality food. Our group (12) had multiple thumbs up on all the appetizers (Duck Wontons were very good). Menu items included a tasty Bison Burger, Bang Bang shrimp, Pizza and various other selections. Kid friendly and is inside the hotel. A place we would return to for sure. read more
