I especially liked eating it with sauerkraut which balances out the balance out the grease and heaviness of the bratwurst. There's also service was slow as we learned throughout our trip. It's just the norm so don't expect any quick service. Overall, we enjoyed our food very much and would love to go back to try out other items on their menu if we ever end up in Nuremberg in the future.
