Now the fine was up to $955 for my August court date. 10 months and $700 of interest! WTF! I immediately asked for a postponement for next month. I randomly called the Law Office of Kenneth Mollins, they gave me a competitive price so I agreed and hoped for the best. I met Timothy Manning at the court house in Hauppauge, he was professional, young, punctual and informative. Timothy ushered me into the court room and we saw the judge immediately. Idk how he did it but he got the ticket down to a $400 fine and a 30 day suspension on my license with zero points.
