Since my original review was removed for lack of detail, here's the full and ugly truth: Robert FAILED TO SHOW UP to an appointment for our engagement photo with no notice, leaving us waiting/wondering, wasting our time and money (for make-up). He claimed this was due to his assistant not getting us a message. We were clearly not pleased, but decided to give him another chance, and rescheduled the shoot. The product was mediocre; only one photo we would have selected, but Robert chose to convert that image to Black and White. When we asked for a color version of that image, he couldn't provide it, stating he did not have the original (Seriously?!? Even I, as an amateur photog, use a non-destructive editor and back up my work!). Given this blatant unprofessional conduct, we cancelled the contract for our wedding, hired another photographer, but Robert refused to refund our deposit. I didn't bother with taking him to court (but should have for breach of contract). So, if you want a photographer who fails to show up or practice proper work-flow, hire Robert! Otherwise, look elsewhere.

The next option is a legal action, which could be easily avoided and resolved by sending the pair a flash drive. At the end of the day, the newlyweds just simply want to have what they paid for, memories that cannot be recreated of their wedding day.
