He actually created the new crown on a 3-D printer in his office and it fit perfectly. I even got to watch him create it on the monitor. Even the injection was relatively painless. All the other dentists I talked to said they would have to put a temporary crown on the tooth. I would have to come back as much as 3 weeks later. This was the way it used to be and the new crown was always too high. I would have to keep going back to get it ground down. Not anymore. Dr Wilson's office may not look slick and fancy on the outside, but the work he performs inside is excellent. And the real bonus is his dental chairs have the old-fashioned rinse & spit bowls. After a long-term illness that prevented me from absorbing my nutrients needless to say my teeth were terribly affected along with my weight. (105lbs) I needed a lot of work done to my teeth which obviously made me sad. I was embarrassed about how bad off my teeth had gotten and worried about how my TMJ was going react to holding my jaw open for long periods of time. I was blessed with a pretty smile and had always seen my dentists regularly. Not at Mortenson's Dr. Smith filled many cavities on my front teeth. After my cavities were filled I had added space between them, 4 SNAGS up by my gum line which makes flossing impossible. One of the cavities that she filled was done so badly it became a large painful inflamed food trap. I had to wait 9 days to be seen and at that appt Dr. Smith confirmed that I had a inflamed food trap but would need to schedule another appt for it to be fixed . Also at this appt I also informed her that I still had the SNAGS and that I did not want Ashley to sand paper them as she had done at my prior appt when I informed them about the snags. Dr. Smith informed me that the only way to repair the snags was for her to redo the fillings. I felt like I could sense an attitude when she said it. I said well I guess I will go through it all again. She did not apologize for anything. They scheduled me for a 90 min appt and I took an 8am so that I could be seen asap. I had to wait another 7 or more days to get back in. When I arrived no other patient's were there and yes I was 10 min late which left 70 min. Dr. Smith had her receptionist tell me that I had to reschedule due to being late. Which wasn't a problem when she was being paid $2,452 The fact that I was in pain, made to wait, my inconvenience and having to redo injections and appointments. Says a lot about her in my opinion Not only is her quality of care poor She does not truly care about her patients She had 70 min to help me with the pain that she caused and turned me away. It wasn't my fought that she had to do a redo but it was her fought that I was having to do a redo. Honestly, I could go on about Mortenson's family dental care at Lawrenceburg, In. The other dentists there did not provide quality service either. BELIEVE ME DONT BE LIKE ME AND REGRET GOING THERE ONCE ITS DONE ITS DONE

Definitely a "we know best" philosophy that does not prioritze the patient. When patient was being cleaned by nurses, family was subjected to listening to patient screaming "I hope you are killing me because I can't take any more of this." Horrific experience. We moved her to the nursing facility at the Kenwood Senior Star where she had wonderful, patient centric and empathetic care. What a mistake to subject our mother to MPL.

By not including any less than complimentary comments a clear picture is not being presented. My mother (and my father until his passing) lived in the Seasons community for 11 years - 9 years at Seasons and 2 years at Courtyard. The years in independent living was tolerable - Courtyard, not so much. The lack of staffing, particularly at night, was very concerning. When you have one nurse on duty and a scattering of aides handling 3 floors of elderly residents, this is makes for a less than ideal assisted living arrangement. Care conferences were never held, repairs requested for her apartment (broken tile in bathroom - possible trip hazard), thorough apartment cleaning as stipulated in lease agreement each took over a year to achieve. Other than an ideal location there is nothing ideal about Courtyard. My mother at age 96 passed away recently and no one in the management of Senior Lifestyle had the humanity to even utter condolences to our family. Concerns regarding the facility were also voiced to the President of Senior Lifestyle in their Chicago headquarters and has also been completely ignored. Would NOT recommend this facility to any family looking for an assisted living facility.

The facility is very nice, very clean, safe, and we felt very safe with the covid protocol that was in place. Her room was lovely and everyone was very accommodating and responsive. All of the staff/administration were very helpful, approachable, knowledgeable, kind, considerate, and went above the call of duty to make my mother's stay a great experience. We appreciated the friendly and hard working housekeeping staff, food staff, and all of the workers whom we encountered from day to day! The food was good/prepared well and extra care was taken to ensure I was served meals with regard to my nutrition restrictions. Heartfelt and special thanks to the Therapy Dept., Nursing Staff/Medical Team and the Social Worker! They worked tirelessly to provide the highest level of care that we have received anywhere and it was absolutely the primary reason for such a great and successful outcome. We would highly recommend Seasons to any family looking for great, quality care!

Dr. Oyler and staff made me feel comfortable during my visit and helped ease my fears. I will admit that I had not seen a dentist in several years due to a horrible visit at a different dentists office. Dr. Oyler and Amy talked me through my treatment plan, got to the bottom of what makes me uncomfortable at the dentist and got me on the road to a healthier smile! When I came in for my first treatment visit, they had a pair of noise cancelling headphones for me to wear and were very gentle! Our whole family has been going to Dr. Oyler and his staff for many years. We have visited with preteens, toddlers, and adults. They are great at handling all age groups. All of the staff is friendly, and you rarely have a wait after you walk in the door. They stay current on oral health issues and all their equipment is of the newest quality. The office decor is nice with a coffee for while you wait and TV's in the procedure areas to entertain little ones. Im not kidding when I say they are the best. I haven't been to the dentist for some time now . I was scared to death ...my mouth was in pain,I had chipped teeth,fillings,and much more going on . I went to Wright dental because of my insurance. I left a doctor that was out of network that I…read morereally liked and had fair prices. I had to have a bridge replaced. The office/ billing person took a long amount of time to run my insurance and she called them with questions. She came back with a price for my portion of the procedure. I had to pay this price in full before it could be started. I also asked that they get the X-ray from my other dentist since I had all ready paid for them, when I made the appointment. The dental assistant said they did not get my xrays , but that they would not charge me for them. The temporary crown was not comfortable and I had more pain with the temporary than I did with the loose bridge. I felt as if they rushed the temporary since it was a holiday weekend. Today I received a bill for 128 more dollars. No list of charges just a PAY NOW bill. I noticed when looking on my insurance that the out of network doctor s prices were covered in full. So looks like my visits and my family will gravitate to the dentist with reasonable prices and a honor when giving pricing for procedures. I have had other procedures at my other dentist and I have never been billed more. So your 128.00 bill cost you much more since my spouse needs a crown.

Basically I'll be paying dental insurance this whole year without anyone in my family being able to see a dentist.
