My accident was over 70 miles from home, without that road service i would have paid over $500 with towing and what they call storage at the tow yard. The auto rate they say I now owe is higher than the previous rate which would be ridiculous to switch companies to get a higher rate, and the homeowners was also higher but I figured it would even out in the end, which it clearly did not. I'm not sure how a company can give you a quote, you agree to a price, sign a bunch of legal documents, you pay in full and then they send you bill after bill telling that you owe them more money? I would not recommend and switching was a nightmare in itself. It's been a horrible experience I will never use them again. I'm 57 years old I've never had an experience like this with any insurance company, ever. On top of all that they sent me two checks, one I tore up and one they sent a couple months later which I cashed thinking it was a mistake for the previous billing fiasco and now they want a refund for that. What's going on State Farm? Get it together. *I'd give zero stars but it doesn't let me!

He got on a conference call with our company and his own employee can't make a yes or no statement in regard to whether or not she did her job. I strongly advise that people be aware that you may have a lapse of insurance due to their negligence and lack of care. Our office is strongly considering filing suit against Grant Smith's office. We have to pay for a whole month of coverage when we didn't even have actual coverage now. The hilarious part about all of this is that Granr Smith had a poor attitude and raised his voice at me and my staff. He had a bad attitude to his own customer and his own customer had to request that he not raise his voice and he actually listen. Poor customer service. Just another company trying to swindle customers.
