For a couple years i had to cancelled my car insurance do to a driving situation (my husband drives under our insurence). We have been trying to get ahold of her for almost 2 month. Leaving messages on voice mail. When Receptionist answered she asks first for my name, she leaves me on hold, comes back and then tells me she is busy and will call back. All I ask for is a little respect, especially since she has had my business for 20 years. IF you don't want to deal with me as a client, do the professional thing, call me back and explain. I do still have my house insurance there. Very disappointed!!!!!
