We moved here to Colorado 4 years ago from Southern California and I was referred to them by the Chamber of Commerce (that should tell you something right there). He then asked if Cheryl could call me and she did and proceeded to spend about another hour with me really honing in on what it was I was looking for. We decided to come to Parker to visit and met them and they spent the better part of 3 days in a row showing us over 40 houses. At the end of it all, we had NOT found our "perfect house" although many came very close. With that in mind, we told them once we landed back in LA that we needed to rent for a while and that eventually, we would buy from them (that was a hard phone call for sure because we felt so bad about taking so much of their time). Bob, in the most calm voice and a true gentlemen said, "All we want is for you to be happy" and left it at that and offered his services to even help us find a rental. Speed up a few months and we did find a rental and Bob and Cheryl even went to go check it out for us and make sure it was everything we were wanting and get this--- when we pulled into town on October 4th, 2011, guess who went to PICK UP THE KEYS FOR US?
