I highly recommend Brian. When we had a large amount due to the IRS Brian took us on in the middle of tax season when other tax services wouldn't due to "press of business". Brian and his staff went all out for us to meet a tax deadline and to represent us to the IRS. Thanks to Brian's expertise in dealing with the IRS, and his knowledge of tax law, we ended up getting a refund. Throughout the process, which took a bit of time on the IRS's part, Brian and his staff were with us all the way. read more

Horrible service, and down right rude and unethical. Do yourself a favor and look up Kimberly Harp clifton park, she represented brians office, when you do the search you will see why she no longer does. If you are looking for someone with integrity, and is ethical look elsewhere this isn't the place for that. read more

I would not recommend anyone do business with Brian Daley, CPA. He did not follow up on an offer and compromise that he allegedly negotiated with the IRS. So, my wages were garnished and I ended up losing my job and having to file for bankruptcy. Find another tax professional. read more

If I could give no stars I would. This place should be out of business so nobody has to go through what I did. We normally do our own taxes and finally decided to get some help because my wife went back to work and wanted to make sure we did our deductions right. My taxes are as straight forward as they can be and he charged me 600 dollars to prepare which he had absolutely no input in. His angry tax prep women Irena did it. Additionally, he charged me 300 dollars to file my 18 year old sons taxes. On top of this was another 125 dollar charge to look at the deductions. When we met with him he expected us to just sign off on the taxes without going over them. We called him on this and Irena the angry preparer was on vacation. This left him holding the bag and he wasn't able to answer any questions we had for him. I totally agree with all the other negative reviews on yelp. They are spot on! We reached out to him later in the year to make sure we were still ok with the deductions we set and he tried to charge me again. It was hands down the most ridiculous expierence I have ever had with a business. Please do not go to this accountant. There other accountants in the area that are far better. read more

crook.... this guy is not honest. went in to get my taxes looked at and he told me i would never get the irs to answer me and it would take years. he also told me he has a "back door" number to call the ira. this guy is a complete lier. read more

New to the area and went to this guy for my taxes because of wonderful reviews on google. BIG MISTAKE!!! I'm not sure who wrote the reviews because they couldn't have seen the same person that I did. He acted like he was doing me a favor by doing my taxes. He hardly spoke two words to me. If this guy gets me money back or not, I'll never use him again! read more

Total waste of money!! Talked to me like I was an idiot! "You wanna pay the IRS or do wanna not pay the IRS". I only wanted him to see if he could reduce some of my penalties. He knew I had the means finally to pay it off in my free consultation (ended up going there myself and getting them reduced). I paid $1500 for a spreadsheet of my debt which I knew already and for him to tell me to stop paying my credit cards and file bankruptcy. I feel that I should have used that money to pay the IRS. read more

Hadn't got any confirmation that my returns were accepted until I called today (shortly after call I got federal confirmation). They say state has been files but I see no confirmation on their website or NYS DTF's site. Manager couldn't tell me what happened which really shakes my trust in them. I believe those signature documents sat in a drawer until I called today, they were found and then everything was filed. People makes mistakes and that's OK but you've got to be able to tell a customer what happened in order to keep their business.

Brian Daley was completely rude and belittling. He talked down to me like I was a child. He was completely unprofessional and unhelpful. This is what I paid $1,500 for? He is a rip off! He even admitted that his ad is misleading! Stay Far Far Away!!! Do not let this money hungry egotistical savage steal your pride, your time or your hard earned money. He will not help you in any way and will not see your problems through to the end. He will not respond to calls or emails personally and makes his secretary handle everything after seeing him in person. The only thing he does is make his profession look like a bunch of greedy pirates who have no regard for how their actions affect those they target. read more
