Hadn't got any confirmation that my returns were accepted until I called today (shortly after call I got federal confirmation). They say state has been files but I see no confirmation on their website or NYS DTF's site. Manager couldn't tell me what happened which really shakes my trust in them. I believe those signature documents sat in a drawer until I called today, they were found and then everything was filed. People makes mistakes and that's OK but you've got to be able to tell a customer what happened in order to keep their business.
