During process of meeting with contractors, so many characters gave us estimates that were either scarily low, or inflated. Mike and Jay' s rate was fair, and their work is second to none. They were reliable, honored their word, and never cut corners on build quality. Since our house was originally built in the late 40s, they came across some structural issues that really concerned us.. Mike and Jay were understanding to our dilemma and were able to "shore-up" load bearing walls while being always fair with their rate.
