She is very rude and treats you like you are beneath her. I have since cancelled all of my polices with State Farm and went with Allstate which so far is WAY better than State Farm. If you are moving to this area I definitely suggest that you find a different agent because there are only 3 people that work in this office and it seems like Ms. Hoover runs the show here if you know what I mean. The sad part is she is just an associate not even the actual agent which really speaks volumes for this office. Anyway beware, I learned the hard way hope no one else makes the mistake I did. Oh and if you are wondering why I just didn't switch agents well Allstate saved me QUITE a bit of money so I just decided to switch all together after getting treated so poorly and even calling corporate didn't help. ---BREAK---This all happened back in Oct 2015 and I wrote all of the above in a Google review at that time. Yesterday (13 Jan 2016) I received personal attacks from this agent and the associate through Facebook Messenger. To me this is kind of creepy that just because I leave my opinion of how I was treated that they stalk me out and send me messages threatening me with legal action and calling me names. So very very unprofessional. I highly recommend that you look else where for insurance as this agent might stalk you if you ever have any problems.
