We could not tell what was wrong since no breakers were tripped. I called JB Electric and had them come out and look at it. Ryan came out found that there was still electric reaching the fan and found out that the sensor in the fan had blown. He immediately went out to find a store that had a replacement. He came back shortly put the new remote sensor in and all was good and fine in no time at all. Ryan was friendly and did great work very rapidly. Will I call JB Electric for any electrical problem DEFINITELY YES!

You have to pay $99 service fee regardless if they do any work. Then it was $432 to change out a shower head. It took less than 20 minutes, so my bill was $532. I have no complaints on the service tech or the swiftness of the reply and confirm process.

That company was the model for service. Too bad their successful business practices were not incorporated. Never again for me.

The Seller wasn't responding to my emails. Amazon was helpful, but still had a brand new chair just taking up space--power recliners don't do anything without "power"! Hired help aka Russell was professional, caring, personable and efficient. He showed up ahead of time and did everything he could to make sure I could recline by the time he left. I just feel so fortunate to have him respond quickly and come the next day to fix.
