She cancelled the follow up appointment and when I tried to reschedule, the receptionist didn't seem to have a clue how to make the appointment. As to the reception area...they didn't have enough staff, so when I went into the office the one person was tied up with someone else so I sat down. They don't take names to call you when your turn comes up and I wasn't about to stand behind the person she was waiting on.
