She seemed pleasant enough, but she also seemed like she was in a rush to complete the visit. My foot did get better after she wrapped it and referred me to physical therapy. When I asked what shoes she recommended, she gave me a preprinted list and said, have fun shopping online. I needed WORK shoes...and she gave me a list for sandals (which I can't wear to work). She cancelled the follow up appointment and when I tried to reschedule, the receptionist didn't seem to have a clue how to make the appointment. As to the reception area...they didn't have enough staff, so when I went into the office the one person was tied up with someone else so I sat down. They don't take names to call you when your turn comes up and I wasn't about to stand behind the person she was waiting on. When the nurse came out to get me, the receptionist got all worked up because I hadn't come to the window. It was a very disorganized practice. I wouldn't EVER go see her or that practice again.
