I made an unnecessary trip - 30 minutes each way - so they wasted an hour of my time - and I got nothing but excuses from the condescending owner. Never again. Three strikes and you're out. They have absolutely no clue about customer service or communication. UPDATE: Went back for a couple of items - super fast turnaround on custom desk block and replacement metal panel for 2nd desk block (title change) - I was very encouraged and impressed! Then they mounted the replacement plate upside down. Now, mistakes happen, I'm aware of that, but the counter person thought it was really funny to ask me if I could come back later today. Look, I've already taken nearly an hour of my time to come and pick these up - and you want me to take another hour? Then, all of a sudden they were able to take care of this on the spot . . . I gotta find another supplier.
