I was looking for some relief my back and neck and found Hochman Family Chiropractic. I'm new to chiropractic services and was ready to seek help for the chronic back pain I've been having. The office is very inviting, quiet, and clean. I met with Dr Hochman first who reviewed my history and we chatted about what I've been experiencing. I was then taken to the room with the "toys". To my surprise he had massive massage chairs that work wonders! It was nothing like the chairs I've ever sat on in the past. I had 15 minutes at the massage chair in dimmed lighting, quiet setting, and it was very soothing. The next item was the water bed which was phenomenal. The warm water and the pulsation of the water under your back and neck was very therapeutic. It was the best 15 minutes ever! I needed a relaxing day for myself, and despite it being a chiropractic office, I feel very relaxed and it was just the kind of treat I needed . After the massage chair/bed, I was given a deep tissue massage by a therapist for my neck as I was experiencing quite a bit of tension and pain. After all this, I met with Dr Hochman and he did the adjustment which left me very very loose! I already feel tremendous relief in my back and neck. He said he works with children (as young as infants) and pregnant women as well. Everyone was incredibly courteous, welcoming, and professional. Thank you for the service. I hope to come back soon to maintain this feeling! I should also mention that this was my first visit, so the massage was included in the visit . Otherwise it's an added on service. read more

The office staff is patient and courteous to check and explain my insurance benefits. I got lucky to get an appointment within the hour. I have had such a great past experience so I knew exactly what I was looking for. Dr. Hickman made me feel so comfortable and asked me all the right questions which allowed him to win my confidence. I've been going here for about 3 years now and never have I ever experienced the amount of care this office provides at any other Dr's office! Phenomenal experience! I'm visiting from DC and needed an adjustment.. Everything was perfect all the way, I contacted them via Yelp at 8 am and got an immediate response from the awesome doctor Hochman. He said I'll get a phone call at 9 am to schedule an appointment and they called me at 9:01 am. They were able to see me the same day at 2 pm which was perfect. There was zero waiting time and the staff was extremely nice, friendly and informative. We started on the water bed which is like sending your back on vacation, absolutely fun! Then I did the massage chair and then a hand massage. never in my life I experienced such a short waiting time at any medical treatment. After that the good doc did the adjustment just the way I hoped and I was out of there feeling great! I wish they had a clinic in Washington DC... Can't recommend them enough! Amazing customer service! This place was absolutely amazing. Staff was friendly and personable. The only dispute I have is the way they do their insurance/payments . You will have to spend $1,000.00 before you can use your co-pay. My first visit was $89.00. I was under the impression that I would only be paying my co-pay, which is $35.00. This was not the case. I will need $1,000.00 worth of services to qualify for my co-pay. Not sure if I like that... Michelle explained it very well, but I rather find a place where my co-pay is used right away verse accumulating enough dollars/debt to qualify. I still give this place a 5 star review because of their customer service and amenities. read more
