My Spouse works for the federal government so I have started the search early with two very young children in tow, while he finishes his job assignment out of the country. When you are going from house to house, in and out of the vehicle multiple times, your children are going to have a crying fit here and there. Especially when under 3 years of age. Matt has not only made me feel completely comfortable, but has picked up my children without second thought to help soothe them. Beyond amazing, beyond the scope of his job. Annoying, but not that big of a deal, until we realized it was incomplete. When we contacted them, they issued another one, which was also wrong. You would think third time is a charm, and I called to make sure the third try would be correct. The surveyor hung up on me, and the third certificate was wrong yet again. It took 11 business days and 4 tries for them to get an elevation certificate correct--which is one of their main offerings. Pro Surv's incompetence almost delayed my closing. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.
