Jim and Reyna have made these experiences hassle free and I could not say enough about them. In 2009, my spouse and I had to be relocated to another state since he is in the military. I moved to Houston in 2015 into a property managed by Rock Team Realty. From the very beginning the entire team has been nothing but professional and accommodating. They made the paperwork and screening process a breeze. They tailored the leasing contract length to my needs. Reyna went out of her way to meet me as I was passing through town to personally give me the keys to my apartment before I moved in. Anytime I have a maintenance request someone follows up within 24 hours. In fact, my AC went out recently. James had a repair crew at my apartment within ONE hour...and this was on a Sunday. If I could give Negative stars to this company I would!! DO NOT USE THEM!! I recently rented a home on NASA, El Camino, through this so called "company" and let me tell you Reyna ran off with $6,000+ dollars of my hard earned money and is un-reachable ever since!! Did not do anything but cause friction with the law for me and my family!! My family and I are being forced to leave home due to Landlord NEVER receiving my payments because of Ms. Reyna and her phony "career". The owner of house never even received our lease agreement!!! Toilets over-flowing constantly, A/C completely out, Gas company shut our gas off due-to CARBON MONIXIDE!!!! BLACK MOLD FOUND where my children sleep!! I am a former tenant in one of the properties they manage (which I just purchased), and they have always been exceptionally professional in all our interactions. Repair requests were always timely acknowledged and addressed, and the only emergency I had (the AC going out) was handled within a few hours, even though it was a Saturday. Jim and Reyna have been managing my rental property for several years now. It's such a relief not to have to worry about anything. They take care of the tenants and the property and it's very low hassle for me.
