We recently purchased our first home thanks to the Monica Foster team! My wife and I were relocating from out-of-state for work purposes and were hoping to find a realtor to help us purchase our first home around our move. Within 24 hours of contacting the Monica Foster team on their website, we were contacted and assigned a realtor, Brittany Burns. Brittany immediately contacted us to get an idea of what we were looking for in a home, budget, etc... Within hours we had a personal portal set-up in which Brittany would add homes for us to take a look at. We were able to sort the homes into various categories such as favorites, possibilities, and dislikes. We contacted Brittany about taking a trip to the area to look at homes. She was very accommodating and penciled us in for the weekend we wanted to come see the area. On top of that, she offered to do FaceTime walkthroughs of homes prior to our arrival on any homes we wanted to see. We were really impressed with Brittany upon meeting her when we visited the area. She was very knowledgeable of the area and current housing market. Being first time home buyers, there was a lot of things we did not know (and still don't know); however, Brittany answered all of our questions and simplified the process for us. We spent 2 days looking at homes with Brittany. By the end of the weekend we had an accepted offer on a home! Up to this point, we couldn't have asked for any better service from a real estate company. However, after the accepted contract is when the Monica Foster team and specifically, Brittany, really impressed us. After returning home out-of-state, Brittany continued to stay in contact and help us along the way with all of the steps that come along after getting an accepted offer (inspection, repairs, option period, appraisal, etc...). She continued to remain available and answer all of the first-time home buyer questions we had for her. At times, we felt like we had to be bugging her with some obvious questions, but we never got that vibe from her. Brittany makes you feel as if you are the only client she is working with at the time although you know she has to be busy with many others because of how good she is at her job. Our biggest surprise came when we received a bunch of moving boxes from Brittany to our apartment which we were moving out of! We couldn't believe she went above and beyond the real estate transaction to really help us with our move. Brittany's assistant, Chrystal, was also very helpful throughout this whole process. She also stayed in contact with us and made sure the whole process went smoothly from start to finish.
