I have been fighting a losing battle over the last few years. I've tried a lot. Some things gave a quick fix, but when I stopped, I was worse off than before I started. So my wonderful friend had started Hone into Wellness. I was intrigued. I have to tell you, I have known him since he was a teenager. After having a conversation with him I decided I would at least try his program and see of it was helpful. I also would like to say, I have paid for everything I've received so this is not some sort of 'review for product' thing. I just believed in the young man I've known for a good majority of his life and wanted to try the product he was telling me about. When I started, I was at 172. I weighed myself every day. I then, after 3 months got down to 147. I now weigh myself once every couple of weeks because I became a little too obsessed with how much I was losing. But my coaching and diet has led me to a place where the only thing I'm now concerned about is how I feel. I feel so much better. My clothes fit almost too good now.
