After delaying it for a while and reading their wonderful reviews we met with Ryan and Rory. They both made the process so easy. After preparing a checklist and our initial meeting, they both explained every item in detail and every step throughly and it was done easily and quickly. They are both very professional and the nicest most down to earth people you will ever meet. We are very happy and highly recommend them. Mary and David.

I have worked with many professionals in many different industries from all walks of life and these guys were amongst the top three. Not only were they extremely patient and insightful with my parents (whose first language was not English by the way) they were extremely knowledgeable in their craft. We were able to complete two separate trust estates as well one life estate and everything else you would need to get that peace of mind when preparing your family for the next chapter. Not only do they set you up with a trust estate - they also handle wills, power of attorney, medical directives and virtually everything you need for end of life planning. Best of all, it's all included for one flat fee. These guys are very well-versed within state and federal statutes, and they're also amazing tennis players as well! I would trust them not only with my family matters, but a handful of other items as well. I would definitely recommend anyone that's ever looking for any type of trust estate to give these guys a call. The kicker is - they're the best price in town!

Choosing a firm to handle our family's future was a significant decision, and Amity Law Group…read moreexceeded every expectation. We recently completed a comprehensive family trust, and the level of professionalism and attention to detail was truly outstanding. The complexity of our case involved a legal name change that required multi-recording of deeds. The team handled this intricate process with precision, ensuring every document was filed correctly despite the added layers of red tape. We also worked with them to establish health directives for the entire family, giving us immense peace of mind. What really set Amity apart was their commitment to accessibility and convenience: * Seamless Virtual Meetings: By conducting our consultations via Zoom, my older parents were able to participate fully from the comfort of home without the physical tax of traveling to an office. * Efficient Tech Integration: The use of Dropbox for downloading and uploading documents was a game-changer. It made coordinating signatures across different households and recording everything incredibly simple. * Mobile Notary Services: Their travel notary option was a lifesaver. It allowed us to coordinate various schedules among family members without anyone having to go out of their way. A special thanks goes to Ella Sarapanan, our Legal Assistant. Her attention to detail and follow-through were exceptional throughout the entire process. She kept us on track and made sure no stone was left unturned. If you are looking for a firm that is organized, tech-savvy, and deeply thorough, our family highly recommends Amity Law Group. It was well worth the investment into our future.

If there was an option to rate Dave Singh from Succession Legal lower than one star, it would be…read moremore than justified based on my utterly disappointing experience. From the outset, Dave and his firm's handling of our probate case have been fraught with miscommunication, broken promises, and a sheer lack of professionalism that has exacerbated an already difficult process. Initially, we were misled about the estate valuation process. Despite having an appraisal valuing the property at $900k, following my father's death during a home remodel, the estate was inexplicably valued over $1.45m, a figure that bafflingly ignores the condition of the property at the time of death. Dave's explanation of valuation based on equity rather than appraisal led to a profound misunderstanding and substantial financial repercussions. Further, Dave Singh's advice led us to believe that the duration of the probate process would not affect the valuation of our property, a statement that proved grossly inaccurate and cost us over $20,000 more than anticipated. This financial shock was compounded by Dave's decision to send an invoice directly to our escrow officer without prior consultation, a move that not only blindsided us but also solidified our decision to sever ties with his services. Throughout this ordeal, our access to critical information and necessary resources, such as the probate referee, was inexplicably withheld until it was too late to make informed decisions. Additionally, the firm's handling of our financial obligations was haphazard at best, exemplified by a surprise $3700 bill from the county assessor--a bill that could have been mitigated had the firm been proactive in its communications with us. The lack of transparency extended to the firm's invoicing practices as well. Despite meticulous tracking of minor expenses, there was a glaring absence of accountability for the hours spent on our case. This discrepancy raises serious questions about the firm's fiscal responsibility and the value of the services provided. Moreover, Dave's insistence on payment for unfinished work, despite the clear absence of any contractual obligation to do so at this stage, has added unnecessary stress to an already strained situation. This approach not only reflects poorly on his professional integrity but also on his understanding of client care and the ethical responsibilities of a legal practitioner. In conclusion, our experience with Dave Singh and Succession Legal has been nothing short of a nightmare. The firm's failure to adhere to agreed-upon terms, coupled with a pattern of miscommunication and negligence, has not only resulted in significant financial loss but also in immense emotional distress for my family and me. The decision to seek alternative representation and to hold Dave accountable for his actions is not taken lightly, but it is a necessary step to ensure the fair and competent resolution of our probate case. Avoid at all costs.

My mom is very ill, so any interruption or loss of health benefits has truly life-and-death consequences. I came in already navigating an incredibly difficult situation, with a lot of questions and a lot of anxiety. Patrick was compassionate, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable. He took the time to explain the inner workings of Medicaid in a way that actually made sense, and he offered proactive advice that helped us think ahead rather than just react. I never felt rushed, and it was clear he genuinely cared about helping us do what was best for my mom. I walked out with peace of mind and a much clearer understanding of how I can support her during this time. Compassion, empathy, and real expertise were all present, which meant more than I can put into words. In the middle of such a hard chapter, it was truly meaningful to cross paths with an exceptional human.
