When they arrived to clean my carpets, I let them know my cat had peed a couple of times and showed them exactly where. He said "OK!" They worked quickly and the carpets looked good. The next day the carpets dried and it smelled bad. I contacted them and was told "Yeah cat P is hard to get rid of that's why I do not guarantee Some people end up just replacing really sorry about that" ..... ummmmmm why wasn't this info given to me BEFORE the work was started.... I wouldn't have wasted my money to get them cleaned. After explaining that, I was told "There's no way we would've known if it will help or not we do our best is all the right products but there's no guarantee on pet orders again I'm sorry but I don't feel we missed lead anybody I do have it on my receipt in bold letters there's no guarantee" ..... Got it... now that the work is done and I've paid you, I'm told, no guarantee on pet odors... and it's really hard to get out... I've never had pet issues before, she's an old cat and starting to lose it, so I've never had to get carpets cleaned because of it. I would have thought that when I specifically pointed out a spot and said it was cat odor, I would have been told there's a good chance it won't come out.... The other 2 rooms that were done just look ok... somewhat cleaner. read more

Brian's cleaning was scheduled to clean our carpets for move in at a 2 pm appointment. The morning of at 9:45 am, I get a text from Brian saying he needed to move it to 12:30. Due to having cleaners scheduled at 12, we couldn't move up the time. He was incredibly rude and proceeded to vent about one of his workers quitting. He had no sense of grace nor an apology for trying to change the appointment time last minute and ended up hanging up on me. I used Brian's services today, he cleaned my tile floors. They were professional, dillegent and amazing. They cleaned my downstairs, heavily trafficked tile and I have two dirty dogs.... Brian educated me on upkeep and what to do and not do to keep my tile looking great. He also gave me a quote over the phone and when he arrived and saw the areas I needed cleaned told me it was actually $50 less than what he quoted on the phone. My floors have never looked better! Brian "cleaned" our carpets after tenants moved out and we question if they were even done! Granted they didn't look filthy afterwards, but they weren't bad to begin with. The problem was he didn't specify that he doesn't vacuum the carpets before he cleans them. Never had a carpet cleaning company not vacuum them or at least ask if its been done. Poor communication. So after they are supposedly clean, I have pictures of many big globs of pet hair near the edges of the carpet along with pieces of food. It was disgusting. And if that's the case, even if it looks semi clean, makes me wonder how much pet hair was cleaned over and is still mixed into the carpet. I called Brian to complain and ask that he refund at least part of the bill. He refused and stood by what he did even though he admitted to me that when he got there he saw lots of dog hair all over the place. He says to just vacuum it up, good to go. Besides this, traffic areas and a few places that furniture had been sitting previously were still extremely matted down. We have had several people over after and each has said the same thing, that the carpets have NOT been cleaned. read more

I saw a post for Brian's business on another site. His prices seemed really good, so I thought I'd try out his carpet cleaning service. I am giving him 4 stars instead of 5 only because he was a 1/2 hour late and didn't call to let me know he was running late - otherwise the carpet cleaning itself was excellent! He got out black stains on 15 year old berber carpet that I thought would never come out! Black gunk from the bottom of my husband's shoes from where he works plus cigarettes ashes from where he smokes out on the patio plus just plain old AZ fine black dirt all combined with an occasional food spill or spill of sugary-sticky soda pop! I wish we had taken before and after pictures because I was just stunned at how well the carpet areas looked when Brian was done!!!/ Who knew 15 year old light-colored berber carpet could look so good again after 15 years of condo life? Bad smell at first, but leave windows open and the smell is gone very quickly, like within minutes. Definitely recommend Brian and his work! read more
