At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. The grout has to be re-stained and sealed to bring it back to looking new again. See attached before and after pics. I would definitely recommend Owo and Groutsmith.

It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! Adrian is extremely thorough and even told me where to get the best cleaner to maintain these surfaces long-term. They really went above and beyond what I had expected. Josh came out put an estimate together which after calling other companies was very fair. After talking to my wife and I to schedule a day, we found out not surprisingly they were book out a few weeks . Josh found out the wife had family flying in to visit with us for a few weeks. Josh went over his schedule and somehow found a Friday they could do it prior to the family visiting. The workers came out laid down a few grout color Samples. This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

The customer care/routing managers I spoke with over the phone all very polite. However I would never use this company again nor would I recommend them to anyone. I was quoted $300 to clean two area rugs. I had a giftcard that covered the amount. The technician that came into my home took maybe 10 minutes to clean both rugs and complimented on how clean they already were. He left and that evening my dining area rug had brown dirt spots running down about 1/4 of the rug. My rug was cleaner and white BEFORE he got there. The next day the company called and asked how my service went I explained that my white rug is now brown and they quickly wanted to make it right. I sent them pics and they got me in the schedule the next day. Great right?! I was impressed. My appt was scheduled the next day between 10 and 12. By 11:45am I called and they informed me the tech was finished and on their way. 30 minutes later I called again and they informed me now that he was "finishing up in Chandler and is on his way." I'm like you said he was on his way 30 min ago so is he or is he not? They put me through to the routing manager and he said he's on his way. I asked did you speak to them because no one has called or texted that they are on the way. You said 30 min ago he was finished and on his way but now it's "he's finishing up in Chandler?" I'm in east Gilbert. He said I'll call him now and get an ETA. Great thank you. Gets back on the phone and now he's coming from Mesa? Like what the heck?! You said he was in Chandler and now it's Mesa? Routing manager says my appt is being bounced around different techs. I have never heard of that? It's almost like if I hadn't called no one was going to show up because literally no one showed up until I called twice. It's now 12:45pm. Tech shows up-again super nice young man. Spent maybe 8-10 minutes on the rug focused on one specific area. That area is clean now and white again but he neglected the other 1/2 of that strip that was still brown. Ugh. I will never use this company again. And I'd encourage anyone thinking about using them to run! They will ruin your carpets and leave jobs 1/2 finished with brown dirt splotches all over. If I'm gifted a gift card again it's going in the trash.

I had multiple interactions with the business, and received a well priced quote for carpet cleaning. Thinking this was a company to support, I asked to reschedule as I wanted to have them do my tile and possibly laminate as well. Maybe my mistake was asking the best way to approach moving furniture in a 4,700 sqft house (originally we were just going to move furniture to the tile). Asking if paying more (on top of adding tile and possibly laminate) for his quick dry option would work or how to best approach this from his experience was an obvious no-no. Let us remember, there are two sides to every story (his complaints about Yelp), and you get what you pay for. If only some other company wanted the money from doing a 4,700sqft deep clean... Also, Herb likes calling people out... I'll post the whole conversation if that's what Yelp wants when he tries to report this for being fake.

I tried zero res before and grout didn't look great and asked him why and he explained you really need the chemicals to get the grout clean and then seal it ...he said it was like they did half the job. He has had clients that have them and then he comes does a patch and it is like night and day when he uses the chemicals and it's true.
