At first I was a little shocked at the price but I didn't realize the amount of work that went into it. The cleaning is only a small portion of the cost. Its the sealing (and re-staining the grout) that costs so much because its a very manual process on your hands and knees applying the stain/sealant. Owo was there from about 10 AM to 6 PM. He did an AMAZING job. The grout and tile has gone back in time and now looks brand new again. Its pricey, but worth it. If your tile/grout looks really dirty, its really not worth just cleaning it. It definitely needed some help from all the hard water damage over the past 2 years. He was very punctual and even specially ordered this paste to fill a gap by our shower wall. Adrian and both his assistants did an amazing job refining the granite and re-grouting. When the job was completed, it looked so clean, shiny and smooth! This person educated me on the different products and services that could potentially fill my need, and we discussed my lifestyle/living habits to determine which would suit me best. He even performed a live demo of the product we chose, and that settled it. The pricing was very competitive - literally within a couple hundred dollars of the competitor quotes I gathered - and they were able to get me on the schedule within a week's time of signing the quote. Someone came to the home, arriving right one time and working quite quickly. They sealed the grout in my entire house in less than one workday's time, and explained we can walk on it after just 24 hours. Best of all (for me) they supplied us with their proprietary cleaning solution, and they do provide "touch-ups" for the sealing, which means that as years pass and high-traffic areas wear out, I won't have to pay to have the entire house redone.

The young tech who came out was polite, but he told me early on that the dark areas on the couch were "worn fibers" and not dirt. He said he removed oils, dander, and surface dirt, but the dark spots wouldn't come out. I wasn't totally convinced and asked how many times he had gone over it -- he showed me again and it got a little lighter, but still not clean. When I asked about hot water or steam, he said their solution was just "warm water". After an hour and a half of cleaning two couches and two recliners, I paid over $500. Fast forward to tonight... and the couches still looked dirty. So I grabbed my small handheld Shark steamer, used boiling water, and got a ton of dirty water as the result. Let's just say I'm feeling a little frustrated that my tiny handheld did more than the professional service I paid for. See photos on the one seat the left was his job and the right was me cleaning with the shark. So disappointing and you can see all the dirt the Shark removed.

I tried zero res before and grout didn't look great and asked him why and he explained you really need the chemicals to get the grout clean and then seal it ...he said it was like they did half the job. He has had clients that have them and then he comes does a patch and it is like night and day when he uses the chemicals and it's true. We used Voda's professional services on June 4, 2025, for mold removal and remediation. Such a…read morebummer to have discovered mold behind two shower enclosures while we were remodeling, but Voda came in and saved the day so we didn't fall too far behind schedule with the remainder of trades needed to finish remodeling! (And, thankfully for us, the mold was caused by tile not being sealed in the shower niche where shampoo/bottles/soaps are placed - the mold wasn't from a plumbing issue.) One thing we found out while searching for a mold remediation company is that pricing is all over the place here in the East Valley. And after speaking with a few realtors, it became clear that not everyone can be trusted to do the work well. For our specific situation, we weren't sure if the mold had spread under the concrete floor of the showers. Two other companies said there was no need to remove the concrete flooring; however, Voda's estimator video conferenced with his remediation crew during the free-estimate-walkthrough and they were certain it needed to be removed in both showers. Voda was right - the concrete shower floors needed to be removed so the subfloor could also be treated. Voda was not the least expensive, but they were the most thorough and inclusive of all work needed to be done -- and when dealing with mold removal/remediation, as a homeowner, you want to know it's gone. Voda's workers are certified and they treat your home as if it was their own (possibly even better because it was incredibly clean when they left!). Also, an unrelated, third party environmental company tested the two shower areas after Voda was finished -- and our shower areas passed the tests! Voda works with insurance companies to help you if you have a claim, and they also work directly with homeowners (like us) when it's not covered by insurance. Given Voda's other excellent reviews online, we can agree with all the other 5-star reviews. We highly recommended Voda's professional services!
