Have had our new home carpets cleaned twice in past 3 years by ZeroRez and was good 1st time and poor 2nd time (even after they came back and tried again). It is very clear that carpet cleaning is a skill as I am sure most of you appreciate and by choosing a big name you get whomever is working for them at the time at whatever basic rate they pay their team.. I chose Robert because I know he has experience and knows what to do for each individual job and also does not charge for all the various addons that the big names do. Best cleaned out 24 year old carpets and our 35 year old couch and love seat for us today. The carpets have been cleaned by other companies over the years and are actually still in pretty good shape. The couches had never been professionally cleaned and the transformation is astounding. He took lots of pics and some may end up on his website to view. I originally found Robert on Yelp when looking for someone to clean the carpet of a new house prior to moving in. He was not the "cheapest" option, but he responded so quickly, was extremely professional and had availability when I needed him. I only have two rooms in my home that are carpeted so he finished pretty quickly, and the carpets looked so clean and brand new (they are fairly new, 3 years old). Once my furniture was in the house, I noticed there was a blue stain on my sofa. I tried to clean it as best I could, but was too nervous to cause more damage so I hopped back on to Yelp and messaged Robert. He responded within a few minutes and was able to get to me the same exact day. The stain was incredibly stubborn and even he couldn't get it out, but he gave me an extremely fair price and made my sofa look brand new again. The first call I made I was responded to immediately and we booked a cleaning the very next day since my dog had an accident on my couch I was very happy they could accommodate. I called Robert wary this week to see if he'd be able to tackle an issue with our couch. A burning candle full of melted wax had blown up and splattered our couch over the weekend. After asking a few questions, he said I'll be buy Thursday morning 8:30am. This morning Robert called a little before 8 saying he was on his way and would be to my home by 830. He arrived right on time and ready to tackle my job. He took about 2 hours to clean a sectional and chair - with complete and total wax removal from the one end of our couch. I couldn't be happier!
