She just gets it exactly right every time and knows exactly what suits me. I even dragged my husband along and she transformed him..... reminding me of why I married him. I love her new salon in Ashley Cross, clean, bright, tasteful and welcoming and sooo relaxed. It's convenient too with a car park right opposite, and it's on a bus route to Poole and Bournemouth. What's not to like?

When you walk in they offer you fruit-infused water, wine, or coffee. The salon is decorated beautifully, there's good music playing, and it's immaculately clean.

All the staff are friendly and well dressed for their work. I find the prices in fourteen are slightly higher than other places but they have more staff to cater for more appointments so sometimes it's easier for me to go here than other places. I always find the treatments done with me are of a high quality and the beauticians always talk me through what they are doing and to make sure I am not allergic to any of the items they use on me. Overall the bedsid manner if you like is very good at fourteen and well worth a visit.

In fact the complete opposite... the new owner is fantastic, accomodating and the girls are friendly, very professional and fun! The new owner has been completely honest with customers that have come in wanting to use Gift Vouchers for 'fourteen', and believe me there have been alot. But if she honoured all of them she would be bankrupt herself!!! The blame should be put on the previous owner who was still taking the money for the vouchers!! Ive supported the new owner and girls there because I think they deserve the chance to prove they are the professional, talented and not in anyway to blame for what happened..
