We made a call to Lake Gaston HVAC and set up an appointment for when we would be back to the lake. He worked around our schedule and and showed up earlier than planned. His knowledge of the systems was incredible as I was just trained in the history of my insufficient unit I had in place. He provided me with two options of which my wife and I went with option 2. Option 1 was to refull the freon again, which should not be leaking. We bought a new unit and air mover. We knew it was time but we were not ready last year. So, we set up a date and time. The install went without any issues and we were up and running with peace of mind. I highly recommend Pat and LAKE GASTON HVAC, which I have already done to my neighbor. Thank you!!!!

I am finally so glad for the great service of Andrew from Fusion. I found him to be very talented, honest, reliable, hardworking, committed. Probably attitude is not the best, little short-tempered, but that is acceptable while I get such a reliable service for complicated problems like HVAC. I would go with a less nice but reliable and honest HVAC guy to resolve my HVAC problems rather than super nice but unreliable tech. I laughed and said no thanks and he left. A few minutes later his office called and offered to help me out and do the job for $500+ ! I called a local electrician who showed up the same day and did the same job for $125. Rogers heating and cooling can do the unspeakable to my backside.
