I locked myself out of my house and needed quick locksmith service. I called Brian's for the first time. They answered quickly and quoted my a time they would arrive and a price for the typical service. I let them know I would be there and available should they be available early. Brian arrived early and had my door open very, very quickly. He was both friendly and very professional and then charged me 75% of the price he originally quoted due to reduced travel distance. He did none of the things I have found to be typical of all too many tradesmen these days such as come up with a reason to charge more than quoted or telling me that I needed additional services that he of course was able to provide for example. I do not recommend this place if you value honesty....I was told a week ago that I had a work for today first thing this morning....after numerous phone calls I have no answer nor did I receive a return phone call.... definitely will not be waisting my time with this place again and definitely not my money read more

I've never needed a locksmith before and I sure wasnt expecting my first time to be a Saturday night when I was out of state and my dog sitter called me very upset saying her key wouldnt work and neither would the spare. After trying mightily to help her over the phone and sending some friends over to see if they could figure something out I ended up calling Brian in a near panic. He not only answered the phone at 10pm on a Saturday but after hearing about the issue went straight on over and saved the dang night. He had her in quickly and was able to replace both my deadbolt and handle and key them to my original key. Even turned back around when the deadbolt was giving her some trouble after the fact and got her squared away. It was a very stressful night for all involved but Brian made it so much better than it could of been. I would absolutely recommend his services to anyone needing a locksmith. read more

Set up an appointment 3 days before I could get it cut. Completely forgot about me, after already making an appointment. This wasted both time and money.Anniston Lock and Key is cheaper anyway. I would never suggest this mans business to anyone. read more
