With no water. I have 3 little girls- the cities only was "it's on your side of the meter it's your responsibility" I had to miss a day of work to have it taken care of. I got a friend who isn't even a plumber to come out and within 5 minutes he found dampness around the foundation next to the outdoor faucet. We dug it up and found the leak. Called a plumber (not Dan's) and fixed the leak for $170. We saved a bunch by not going along with Dan's. As mentioned, they are friendly and prompt but deceptively pricey and don't seem to be top notch as they couldn't even find a leak that my friend found in 5 minutes.

I have had pipes replaced several times in different locations, but the problem seems to always to resurface. I have spent numerous amounts of money due to the reoccurring problems. In 2022, by the Grace of God; I had no back up issues and had started to believe that my problems were resolved. However, in January of 2023 my problems returned. This particular time was different. the problem was the same, but the plumbers and the service was totally different. The company that I did business with, dispatched plumbers from Alabama Quality Plumbing from Alexandria, Al. The plumbers were not only quality experienced plumbers, but they were also caring, considerate, kind and eager to help anyway possible. They went over and above to get the job done and done right! They did an amazing job, and I am so happy to have meet them!!
