First off, Tim was on hand --on a Sunday evening-- to take a call from the tow truck driver, and confirmed he could get to the job without delay. By the time I was awake and called on Monday morning, the job was almost done! A couple hours more, and Someone's at my hotel to pick me up to get my truck! I didn't even ask for a ride. By noon, I was back on the road. T & T provided service that was as good and as helpful as I've ever had in 35 years of driving.
