Dr B said I don't know why you were referred here & I don't need to see you unless you have a "new" issue & You shouldn't be taking opioids either. I left out of the office crying. All I wanted was to find out what's wrong with me so I can live as close to a normal life as possible. I'm afraid I'm dying from something unknown. I've had cancer b4 & barely beat it. I'm in pain every day & require a caretaker. This dr treated me with such disrespect I will never return. He diagnosed me by looking at me. No testing or even touching the nodule on my spine. What could be improved maybe Dr B listen to the pts symptoms & don't assume anything by how I look. Don't be rude if you don't know why I'm here call the referring dr & ask him/her. Take pts seriously & at the least run some blood work, X-rays, ultrasounds or something. Lastly don't tell a pt that you think you're done & been in my room long enough. Dr Raman's practice is significantly different from any other dentist I have visited in the past: Dentists I have used in the past ran their practice like an assembly, I was only one of many patients being quickly run through a chute in order to maximize profit. While I understand that a practice is a business and therefore needs to make money, I want to be treated as a valued customer. I was impressed by Dr Raman's practice on my first consultation: Everyone I spoke with made a point to introduce themselves (this is a far different experience than I receive in any other dental or medical office where I am called by my first name, but where none of the staff would introduce themselves or wears a name badge). I was also impressed with the fact that I did not have to wait to be seen (I cannot recall a visit to a dentist's or doctor's office during which I have not been asked to "take a seat and wait to be called"). During my initial consultation with Dr Raman, he explained what he does and specializes in his practice and then asked me what I was looking for in a dentist. This open and honest approach was refreshing and welcomed. Dr Raman's fees are a little higher than my dental insurance will cover, however because Dr Raman and his staff treat me as a valued customer and do not waste my time, I believe the extra cost is well earned. I do not hesitate to recommend Dr Raman to my friends and colleagues. I have three coworkers who also see Dr Raman and we all have the same high opinion of him and his staff.

The scar was visisble on my forehead NOT hidden in my hairline and my forehead was now lumpy. Until I asked for a refund in April 2026 she never once mentioned a revision. Moving out of state so revision not an option and why would I go back to the same doctor that left me with a visible scar on my forehead. The pictures are from Dec. 2024 to April 2026. Also, the revision is supposed to last 5 to 15 years. My one eye lasted a year. I pointed that out.
