The scar was visisble on my forehead NOT hidden in my hairline and my forehead was now lumpy. Until I asked for a refund in April 2026 she never once mentioned a revision. Moving out of state so revision not an option and why would I go back to the same doctor that left me with a visible scar on my forehead. The pictures are from Dec. 2024 to April 2026. Also, the revision is supposed to last 5 to 15 years. My one eye lasted a year. I pointed that out. HOW this man has any positive reviews illustrates the power of unethical Public Relations…read more It has taken me well over a year and continued trauma therapy to be able to sit down and start writing reviews on Dr. Singhal. I HIGHLY WARN EVERYONE!!! DO MORE RESEARCH!! - He is a trained anesthesiologist yet has chosen to spend the remainder of his career obviously trying to make as much money as possible by "attempting" to be a plastic surgeon. - His only medical staff (outside of a surgery center) is HIS WIFE!! I had my implants ruptured in a terrible domestic violence situation and unable to return to England (where I had them done originally) so, based on good appointments and his demeaner and a couple photos I made the decision to go under the knife with Dr. Singhal. - I AM MORE THAN HAPPY TO SHARE ANY PHOTOS WITH ANYONE! Find me on Facebook or email Michellefigg1@gmail.com. 1) He did not send me home wrapped up and told me to shower whenever. (The surgeon I had initially who did a remarkable job had me wrapped for a week!) 2) From the first few weeks I began sending photos by text showing open wounds and told "not to worry" 3) He cut off my nipples (the other surgeon didn't!!) and he sewed them on in HUGE ovals, not centered and with terrible open wounds that lead to terrible scars) 4) They are not centered and even though I had them enlarged slightly I have absolutely no cleavage. 5) When I push my breasts together to fake cleavage, they make the nipples invert and point (similar to crossed eyes). 6) They hang off of the sides of my rib cage and are not centered. 7) I am unable to wear ANY BATHINGSUIT unless it is like a sports bra and covers my entire chest because nipples hang out and there is no cleavage. 8) The gap between my breasts is FOUR INCHES!! 9) He said he would reposition them and set up the surgery but then demanded that I pay for the surgery center and anesthesiologist again! 10) An ultrasound on my breasts this past September revealed HE LEFT SILICONE INSIDE MY RIGHT CAPSULE!! (He said he spent an extra hour to get all the leakage removed.) Obviously not!! 10) I sent pictures and messages for over a year and in May 2025 received a text saying: "We will no longer honor any of your appointments! The results are not the fault of the doctor." ARE YOU KIDDING ME? WHO CUT THEM OFF AND PUT THEM ON WRONG? WHO CUT OFF MY (ONCE VERY SMALL) NIPPLES AND SEWED ON HUGE OVALS THAT DO NOT MATCH EACH OTHER? WHO AGREED TO REPOSITION (thus saying there is a problem) BUT THEN DIDN'T HONOR IT unless I forked out more money? Because of this, I have lost over a year of my life, required inpatient psychiatric help, didn't work for over a year and I still attend trauma therapy. This is a service industry, and we spend a great deal of money when doing plastic surgery. ANY mistakes on the part of the doctor should be fixed. Customer/patient satisfaction and reviews should be of paramount importance. This surgeon is negligent and makes the "Hippocratic Oath" turn into the "Hypocrite Oath" Now that I am employed as a teacher again, I am now on a substantial number of psychiatric medications and continued therapy to manage my day-to-day depression and PTSD when looking in the mirror. I have been seeking legal advice and have confirmation that Dr. Singhal meets all 4 criteria for a medical malpractice case. The only reason I am unable to act on this is because of the statute of limitations in Missouri. I have been too unwell to be able to seek legal help until now and have missed my opportunity. However....I have certainly NOT missed my opportunity to WARN as many potential patients as possible. I intend to do just this. I now must spend the next few years trying to save money to be able to afford another surgeon who can make me look like a normal woman again (and not like I should be on an episode of "Botched!") My romantic life is almost impossible because I won't take off my shirt and when I wear a normal bra I have nipples exposed and one breast higher than the other. He's left me in a terrible situation and should not be able to practice medicine in the field of plastic surgery. He has ruined my life! This is an unethical husband and wife team who have absolutely no business doing plastic surgery! SAVE YOURSELF AND PASS THE WORD! Contact me for photos or questions...I am MORE than happy to show ANYTHING if it will save others!

He gave lots of great tips on making recovery more bearable and healing time faster. He even stayed in contact with my husband to see how I was doing. Not many surgeons are this caring, yet extremely talented in what they do. He was very detail oriented, realistic about the process, and in the best way a perfectionist. I couldn't be happier with his work and have recommended him to everyone I talk to. Go see him and thank me later!!!

I was so glad that he took a chance on me since I wasn't "the optimal patient" for tummy tuck surgery,;it changed my life & drastically improved my self confidence even if I wasn't perfect, I was 100% better in my own view. I had several surgeries after my tummy tuck including a neck lift, liposuction, tattoo removal sessions. dog ear removal. I would always recommend his office to everyone I know; you will not be disappointed. I found him by asking the nurses at Liberty Hospital who they would recommend, cause you know the nurses know who really does the best work. Both Dr.'s also volunteer in poverty stricken countries to provide needed surgeries for children, cleft palette, etc... very admirable and generous.

During the examination Dr. Thompson found a mole that turned out to be melanoma. I had the melanoma removed and fortunately didn't need chemotherapy or radiation treatments and I attribute that to Dr. Thompson's attention to detail and care for his patients. After two years, getting several negative dermatological exams, I decided to return to Dr. Thompson to get that tummy tuck. Why did I return to Dr. Thompson? I returned because Dr. Thompson took the time to exam not only the area I asked to have removed but also my entire body. During the initial exam, both two years ago and again this year, he was very thorough. He drew diagrams of what the surgery entailed and explained the results that I would expect from the surgery. He didn't have flash cards of the body and point out things on the flash card. He actually drew, on paper, the procedures he would perform. His attention to detail was amazing. He took the time to answer all questions that I had. I had my surgery December 1st, 2014. I am now 7 weeks post op and the results are amazing!! Since having my surgery I have seen Dr. Thompson five times. Not because I had any complications, which I didn't, but because Dr. Thompson wanted follow up visits to ensure the healing process was proceeding like it should and answer any questions that I may have had. I guess I expected to have the surgery and see him one more time to have the stitches removed and never see him again. I'm glad that I was wrong about that. Another thing that I found interesting was the office staff two years ago was the same office staff that is there now. I found that to be a positive sign of what type of person he was and how much he cared for his staff. Everyone that I have talked to at his office are professional and compassionate people. Just like Dr. Thompson. I highly recommend this doctor and his staff to take care of any plastic surgery needs you may have. It will be the best physician experience you will ever have.

I was hoping to be sharing a 5 star review, but it did not turn out that way for me. The positive…read moreof the surgery, is my nasal hump is gone and my profile is good. The negatives are I now have a front profile that I hate! My nose is twice as wide as before the surgery, I have nostril asymmetry, which makes my nose look crooked, and multiple bumps and divots in the bone/cartilage. The worst though is that I have lost feeling in the lower half of my nose. It has been over 14 months and I have been told there is less than a 2% chance it will return. As for Dr. Markey and his staff, it all started out well, but by 6 weeks post-op things changed. Some of the phrases said to me by Dr. Markey; "Well I can only get the plane in the air; the rest is out of my hands." "Yep, it looks awful!" "You know if you are not happy, you do not have to come back and see us." And if those weren't bad enough, his assistant told me at my 6-month post op, "You're not 18 anymore, not sure what you expected, but you are not going to heal well." I honestly think Dr. Markey does great work, is personable and has a great bedside manner. However, I just don't think he, nor his team, know how to deal with a bad surgical outcome, which is what I experienced and am still experiencing over 1 year post-op.

I have been unhappy with my nose for the last 10-15 years and over the last 3-4 years, it became progressively more of an issue. I hated the appearance in photos of my bulbous tip and wide alar base. In 2022 I underwent my first (primary) rhinoplasty in Beverly Hills which was a closed rhinoplasty. The surgeon was VERY conservative and unfortunately, he over-promised and under-delivered. After 2 years of contemplation, I made the decision to schedule a consultation with Dr. Markey for a revision rhinoplasty. I was immediately impressed with how easy it was to schedule a visit with him, the affordability of his consult fee (only $75 as compared to other surgeons who charge upward of $200 for a consultation) and most importantly how courteous and kind his staff were! His nurse Kelsie is incredibly warm and professional. Dr. Markey's bedside manner left me feeling sure that I was in very capable and proficient hands. As a physician myself, I am familiar with how busy a day in clinic can become, however Dr. Markey gave me undivided attention and took the time to answer all of my (and my mother's) questions during our first visit. He thoroughly examined my nose and I appreciate how receptive he was to my concerns. He gave me a very realistic idea of what he could accomplish (which was aligned with what I wanted to change) and I knew from that first visit that he was undoubtedly going to be able to deliver. Between my first consultation and surgery day (about 2 month time frame), I was able to ask more questions to Dr. Markey in an email, which he replied to the same day! He and his staff were incredibly consistent in their communication with me pre and post-op. The day of surgery came quickly and I really appreciated the surgical team at St. Luke's South, which is one of his surgery sites. On the morning of surgery, we reviewed the plan together and within a few hours, I was awake and feeling great! Post-op pain was very manageable and swelling peaked on day 3. I got my cast off and splints removed last Friday 10/4/24 and I am BLOWN AWAY at how beautiful my nose looks. My first rhinoplasty was incredibly underwhelming and down right disappointing as hardly any changes were made to my nose. This time, I was able to see the natural and significant changes right away. Surprisingly, the swelling has gone down tremendously each day since the cast was removed, and each day I see more and more definition. If my final results were what I see in the mirror today, I would absolutely be happy with these results! My nose is contoured to fit my face, and Dr. Markey created a soft scoop in my profile, refined the tip and used a combination Weir and nasal sill excision to reduce nostril flare and narrow the width of my nasal base. I have always been self conscious about my smile (because my nose would spread wide, become flat, tip would drop) but now I am able to smile confidently without feeling embarrassed. He has given me such an invaluable gift that I never thought possible. I still look like myself and I am so grateful that my nose still fits my face. He has truly harmonized my nose with the rest of my features. I am bi-racial (white/black) and was initially apprehensive because most of Dr. Markey's patients appear to be Caucasian, however I can say with the utmost confidence that Dr. Markey is gifted in his craft and able to create a beautiful nose for anyone!
