I've been here for almost 4 months and I absolutely love everything about Briarwood Estates . First the property manager Ms.Sharon is very sweet and professional and organized! She ensures all her residents are safe and happy and I love that about her. The neighborhood environment is great for kids and all my neighbors I've had interactions with are very nice and they look out for my family . Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manor even though COVID is still going on everyones safety is a priority and everyone follows the necessary safety guidelines . I am new to Greensburg , Indiana and I honestly love the environment and people I've had interactions with thus far . Really good apartment complex to go through. They are nice and explain everything to you and nice apartments. Washers and Dryers are near apartments. Little playground for kids. Trash is an issue with only 2 dumpsters in one area and you have to walk your trash all the way down or put the trash in your car and take it down there. I used to rent from them and if I had the opportunity I would do it again. read more
