She ensures all her residents are safe and happy and I love that about her. The neighborhood environment is great for kids and all my neighbors I've had interactions with are very nice and they look out for my family . Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manor even though COVID is still going on everyones safety is a priority and everyone follows the necessary safety guidelines . I am new to Greensburg , Indiana and I honestly love the environment and people I've had interactions with thus far . If your looking for a lovely home , safe and clean living environment, and great customer service Briarwood Estates is definitely a good choice for your new home .

The manager terminated my lease agreement due to the fact that I am not 62 years of age or older, when my lease agreement states that the apartments at Sky Bird Manor are for the elderly and disabled regardless of age. So by all accounts, the manager discriminated against me, because of my age and disability.
