Customer service is rude, unprofessional, unorganized, unwelcoming, defensive and borderline…read moreabusive. I called and made an appointment to do a tour of a two bedroom apartment on Wednesday. The day before my appointment I called again to ask about ESA animals. They said they don't know the answer but that they would research it and let the girl know so she could tell me the answer when I went on Wednesday to do my tour. I showed up on Wednesday with my kids....and the door was locked, there was no sign on the door, and noone around. We finally saw the maintenance man and he didn't know where the woman was either. He called her and said that she was sick and wasn't coming in. However, she hadn't bothered to tell me, or him, or even post a note on the door. She just didn't show up. So I went home and called the number again to reschedule and to let them know that she stood us up. They said she probably didn't know that she had an appointment with me. I said then why did I call this number to schedule the appointment if you don't even tell her about it?? And how is she going to answer my ESA question if she doesn't even know that I'm coming? They told me to call the local Batesville number this time to reschedule. So...I make my fourth phone call. The lady who answers right away has a snappy angry tone. I told her that I am calling to reschedule a tour of a two bedroom apartment. She said "Are you rescheduling because you made an appointment and then didn't show up?" I said "No. I am calling to reschedule because I made an appointment and I showed up, but the woman who was working that day did not show up. There was no note on the door and noone notified me". All of this I said in a calm tone. She said "You don't have to rude about it ma'am!" I told her, calmly again, that I am purely stating facts. What was rude, was being stood up and nobody bothering to even let me know or puting a sign up on the door. The woman snapped "Fine! When do you want to reschedule?!" No apology, nothing. She was defensive, rude, angry, unwelcoming and apparently noone who works here communicates with anyone else. I dodged a bullet with this, imagine living here and having a true problem that you needed thier help with. I'm glad I saw how they treat people and how they don't care BEFORE I moved in! I will be looking elsewhere for an apartment. I will warn my friends and neighbors as well about this place.

She ensures all her residents are safe and happy and I love that about her. The neighborhood environment is great for kids and all my neighbors I've had interactions with are very nice and they look out for my family . Maintenance requests are always completed in a timely manor even though COVID is still going on everyones safety is a priority and everyone follows the necessary safety guidelines . I am new to Greensburg , Indiana and I honestly love the environment and people I've had interactions with thus far . If your looking for a lovely home , safe and clean living environment, and great customer service Briarwood Estates is definitely a good choice for your new home .

I'd give absolutely ZERO stars if I could, I contacted Greg Hauk on 9/4/26 to have my (new to me)…read morecar tinted. And on the phone he sounded very dodgy and shaky my gut told me to just go somewhere else. But he assured me he could take good care of me and tint my vehicle. He told me to come by his house and give him the money (UP FRONT) which in itself sounded very sketchy. He stated that he needed the money to buy the film. Which was a complete utter lie. I trusted Greg because he was a old family friend of my aunt. Once I arrived at his house he kept going in circles telling me how hard it would be to tint my car and yadda yadda nonsense. He charged me $280 for what I thought would be the entire car but it turns out the sunroof is a accesory and not included (which he didn't state) he told me he would go buy the film because he "ran out". He said he'd call me that evening to tint my car he never called me back and I had to call/text him multiple times he sent me text messages complaining about how busy he was and something about his tooth. He said he'd come out to my house the next day 9/5/26 and I waited around at my house all day and even removed my stuff inside waiting for him to show. I texted him my address the night before and I waited all day until 6pm and told him to just give me back my money. He told me to give him one more day and I had a hair appt on sunday and din't have time to mess with him again. I called him at 7pm to see if he had my money and he said he could just come and do it on Sunday. 3 hours goes by and he shows up around 9pm and tinted the windows in the dark because he clearly wasn't wanting to give me my money back. He did such a terrible shoddy job, he kept saying how he's gonna take his time because his other job fell thru and acted like my car wasn't a priority. He kept cussing and saying how hard the back window is and I should give him a tip for coming and doing it EVEN after I paid him UPFRONT on 9/7/26 I woke up to go see the work in the daylight and there was bubbles EVERYWHERE and the cuts were AWFUL!! I called him right away and told him how bad it was in the daylight and he told me to come by his house. And he blamed his partner for the cleaning process which had NOTHING to do with the craftsmanship HE did. I do not blame his partner for NOTHING. I asked him for my money back again because it's gonna cost to remove this bad job and he showed me his phone and said he doesn't have the money and I'd have to wait on it so he said he'd come back again when he "finds the time" still after receiving the money all UP- FRONT. I told my family and they said that to just see if he'll refund it cause they don't want me to keep using there garage again and again. He said he'd give me back my $280 on 9/7/26 and he said he'd call me to meet up and he blocked me. His phone went straight to voicemail. I wouldn't recomend this tinter at all! He's the shadiest worst "business" owner I've seen and is VERY rough on the customers vehicles. He must've slammed my trunk hard at least 5 times! Stay away from Greg Hauk's window tinting. Will be filing a small claims on 9/8/26 along a complaint with the BBB.
