Speaking of the consume--it is rich, seasoned flawlessly, and absolutely essential for dipping. It is a rare thing for a dish to be so good that it completely ruins the rest of a solid menu for you, but La Tortuga managed to do it. They were also able to accommodate removing unwanted toppings. Price is fair for the market: $9-$14 depending on the toppings, and they accept credit cards. It's a personal pizza, about the size of a standard paper plate. The pizzas were made in less than 10 minutes and finished with oregano and Parmesan. You really can't go wrong with wood-fired pizza! The toppings were rustic; I enjoyed the chunky mushrooms on top. The sausage was especially delicious. With a wood-fired pizza, I like a slightly crispier crust (but that's the trade-off for getting the pies out quickly). The cheese was generous - each slice had picture-perfect cheese pulls!
