We worked with Jay, great guy. Highly educated on anything pertaining to furniture. Also didn't press us on anything which was nice. In addition, the delivery process was exceptional. If you go furniture shopping, you may not realize these guys are around. There are some furniture…read morestores in town that have been around for ages. Others have come and gone. Distinctive Home Furnishings is located near Menards, and I hope they're here to stay. After I received my tax refund, I decided to take a look around. My old Flexsteel had popped a spring, and because it was kind of beat up, I thought a new recliner might make a nice treat. They had some BEAUTIFUL floor models, and had catalogs showing almost any variation you could think of if you wanted a different color or material. In some cases, they had less expensive options if you don't have a premium brand budget. After running into some health issues, I had to take a new recliner off my wish list. However, being an authorized Flexsteel dealer, they were able to assist me with the repair of my old recliner. Because Flexsteel offers a lifetime warranty on their springs, I was able to breathe new life into my old recliner, and my back has thanked me! If you have a repair done, just be ready to wait. Those things take time, but totally worth the wait. I'm grateful for their help, and when I have a recliner budget, I'm heading back as fast as I can to get one!
