The nice lady that helped me-I believe her name is Ro. She was great!! Very personable, nice and kind. I was also in the market for an additional chair for my grandmother, for when she has company. I had some specific needs for this chair and she pointed me back to the clearance section. I got the perfect additional chair for about 80% off retail price. And!!! They had free delivery and took the couch away!! That was going to be a project itself for me so they made my day offering to take the couch! I like that the furniture is locally crafted in Brown County and that local woods are used. And they even delivered my furniture up to Zionsville. Today, I stopped in the showroom to see what was new. I fell in love with the hickory rockers and matching pieces. Not only is the furniture beautiful, it's solid and well made. They also have a line of outdoor furniture that is so comfortable that I didn't want to get out. The clerks are friendly and knowledgeable. Prices are in line with what I see from imported options. They can also special order windows and doors and other other items for you. And can find local handymen to install them if needed. Although not as large as a Home Depot / Lowe's chain stores they carry a large assortment of items that are needed to fix most household items. And being the big stores are 20+ miles away, this makes Builder's a very nice close-by alternative, even if some of the prices are slightly higher. I have purchased many items here and am glad to have them close to me.
