**Update** The owner of this business called me and…read moreexplained their procedures better to me, as well as his heart for his company and how he wants customers to be treated. He was incredibly kind, understanding, and helpful. He offered a free mold test and whatever is needed to ensure my home is safe. He also asked me what value I thought they provided and offered to reimburse the difference in what I was charged. I've never received such empathetic and genuine care from a business owner. After this conversation I really believe this business has its customers best interest in mind and cares about the results they produce. Thank you for your care! **Original Review**The service was $1050 and the person who did it was in our house for less than an hour. He sprayed bleach on the wood and cut a couple inches of sheetrock out. He left it messy even though they charged $260 just for vacuuming. I feel like I could have sprayed my own bleach and saved $1047 dollars. We were still sick after he left and there was still evidence of mold in different places. I would have given one star but he did come back and spray it again after we reached out personally. He was here about fifteen or twenty minutes the second time. Overall really expensive and not really worth it. If I knew they just spray bleach I would have done it myself.

I read five star reviews and called. Dave came out the next day, looked at the mold issue in our…read morebathroom ceiling and glass shower stall and got Jake to come out the following day to fog our 1,300 foot condo with ozone. We removed our plants, dog and opened all the cupboard and room doors and our air ventilation system for the fog to penetrate as mold attaches itself to everything especially dust particles. We ran errands and picnicked in the park for four hours and returned. Upon entering, the smell of ozone was heavy but bearable. I called Dave to ask if we could open windows and he said that would be fine. Upon inspection Justin had scrubbed the mold off the shower stall and painted antimicrobial mold paint on the ceiling. He also cleaned the air conditioning filter in our condo air system and put it back in place. We cleaned our air ventilating fans in the two bathrooms and will now make sure to run them before and after our showers along with keeping the bathroom doors open after using them to keep moisture down. The fogging comes with a one year guarantee. This company was prompt, courteous snd answered all my questions. Highly recommend.,

It's hard to know whether or not to trust online reviews anymore, but with these guys I decided to…read moresee what all the glowing reviews were about. Turns out: they're about a truly great company, with cheerful, supportive technicians--and MAN their communication is *killer.* They were prompt by both phone and text, kept me up-to-date on when I could expect them to arrive, talked me through every single step of the process, and didn't talk to me any differently than they talked to my husband (which, unfortunately, is all too common with technicians, I've found). Our story: we had a puddle of water in our basement after a recent thunderstorm. Glenn and Ryan showed up within an hour, calmed our nerves, helped us inspect our home, cleaned up the mess, and left us with some fans to dry out the room. Their prices were reasonable, and they came back today to pack out the fans, exactly as they'd promised. In short: at every step of the process, they knocked it out of the park. All these glowing reviews you're reading? It's not a scam or some kind of marketing ploy. It's a reflection of a really exceptional company who is actually *enjoyable* to work with.

These guys arrived promptly, the staff were intelligent, knowledgeable, and well presented. The cleanup took a few hours, and then they left San's to do the work for two additional days. I am extremely pleased with this company and recommend it.

This place has very scammy sales tactics. A "water expert" came out to my house to test the water…read more Based on the results, he showed me water test results from the Environmental Working Group which was clearly meant to alarm consumers of various chemicals in their drinking water. Literally all of the "contaminants" were well below the legal limit, often 10x or more lower. Despite that, the EWG conveniently had their guideline at often 100x lower than the legal limit! That seemed very fishy to me. I looked into EWG afterwards and found that they are considered an activist lobbying organization who many environmental experts consider to be "alarmist" and overstate the risk of chemicals (see the EWG wikipedia entry). Throughout the testing process I asked questions about the test results and them being well below the legal limits. Despite all my reasonable questions, the "water expert" gradually ramped up the fear factics and used outright lies to try to dissuade me from even considering drinking tap or fridge-filtered water. He started with stating the dangers of chlorine, flouride, and other "contaminants" in water. At one point he mentioned the dangers of pharmaceuticals in the water that could make me sick. He told me the tap water is literally unsafe to drink and that "everyone buys bottled water". At one point I pushed back on the amount of contaminants in water from the EWG. The results are in parts-per-billion. So I asked him how many water molecules are in a glass of water. 1 trillion? The "water expert" said it was more like 1 billion. I looked up the real value later. It is closer to 8 billion trillion molecules. We were both way off, but I would expect a "water expert" to be a lot closer to the real value than I was. As for the cost of their water-filtration system. He quoted me at $84/mo. This is a loan payment. Actual full cost? $7,000! I looked online for similar systems for sale. I found some two or three stage filters for as low as $500. The high-end ones I found were ~$2,000. btw I'm very dissapointed with home depot. They partner with this organization and allow their sales people inside the store! That's how I made contact. This is like a pharmacy allowing homeopathy sales people to pitch to their customers while picking up real medicine prescriptions. tl;dr; this company uses scare tactics and lies to try to sell home owners water filtration systems that they don't need at at least 3 times the cost of similar filtration systems you can buy online.
