This is not a legitimate company. I made an appointment and went to the apartment. Knocked on the door several times and she never answered. Called and she never answered. I texted her and heard my phone beep inside her apartment and she did not answer. In all my 7 plus years of getting lashes done I have never had an experience like this. If you don't want to see a client don't schedule an appointment! I paid for an Uber to take me to the appointment. On top of her not attending me I paid extra to get there. Terrible service and terrible job . Lashes fell out after 3 days . She let me know to come back so she can redo them , they fell out again but after 2 days . She told me that her glue was not working and she might think to change glue . I don't think she should be wasting poles money till she gets glue that will hold properly . Her place is very clean, she uses the soft round sticky under the eye which is such a big difference compared to other places in Miami that just use tape to save money. Rosi is amazing! She responds promptly to texts and always sends a reminder about appointments. She is always on time with appointments and makes sure she takes her time with each client. At my first appointment she made sure to explain everything about the extensions (as it was my first time getting them) she explained the different kinds of extensions and how to maintain them! Her space for eyelashes is very soothing, she has a message bed and comforting music on. She makes you feel very comfortable! She also does not pressure you into buying the most expensive ones (which usually happens when you go to a place for the first time and you do not know what to get). She told me to go with the classic version first and then later I could make a more informed decision! After my first week some of my lashes came out I called her and she had me come in and she fixed them (free of charge). She is extremely accommodating and will fit you into her schedule. The next time I went I decided to change to a different style. I love them so much! I get compliments everyday on my lashes!! I appreciate Rosi and all of her help!
