Usually, the effect has been minimal at best and often didn't work at all, but this experience beat them ALL. I got my brows done, as well as a lash lift and tint today. My brows are over plucked and I was not told proper lash care. You are not supposed to wash your face for 24 hours. I am disappointed because I was finally seeing some eyebrow growth. I also do not know if the lash lift will last now. read more

WONT HAVE MY BROWS DONE FOR BASEL BC OF THEIR POOR SCHEDULING :( I reached out this morning asking if they did lash lifts and brow lamination and if they did, if they had any availability today. they reached back out and said yes with some times one of which i confirmed for. i get upstairs and she says "so lashes today?" i said um no i had 2 services requested that you sent me a time for. i would have gone somewhere else if i had known you weren't going to do both. she says she's sorry but she only read the lashes part of my request? whatever, she does my lashes and they do look good. but now i'm leaving SO UPSET bc now i can't find someone else to do my eyebrows today and it's a big weekend for me. so their poor scheduling ruined having my eyebrows done for art basel weekend bc they take 24 hours to set. she told me that she could do them when i texted her but when i show up she said she doesn't have time. my lashes look fine but i couldn't be more annoyed with my experience with this business. definitely won't be going back! read more

Best eyelash job ever! I am writing this review months after my experience because I travel constantly for work and have had my lashes done at at least 20 different locations. I was a NYC resident, there are some very good studios in NYC which only do lashes. However, this is where I had the most beautiful job done and the lashes stayed put for ever. Augustina is great. Love my lashes. This post is about the parking in this plaza. Beware they changed the rule on parking. Been going to Augustina for a year and never have issues with parking until today. Be smarter than me and pay for street parking or you may get towed if you park in front of the building. I didn't know about this. I live here for 2 years in downtown Brickell. So Paying for parking is normal for me. Well...my car was towed today. No one knows which tow company has my car. I was losing my mind trying to figure out where my car was. Thanks to Google I got my car back an hour later for $150 tow fee. I find this very shady business practice from the building owner. No wonder the building is dead with little traffic in and out. Parking is always empty yet they have no human decency to at least giving you a warning before calling a tow truck on you. The most laughable stupid thing I found on my car was a "Final Warning" sticker tow guy sticked it on there to make it look legal to tow my car. I got zero warning before that sticker they used to get $150 of towing fee from me for 1 hour. I guess this is how the building owner could afford to keep the lights on. Hope this post save you the anxiety of trying to figure out if your car was STOLEN or something. read more
