I spent about an hour looking through the higher priced comics along the front wall and finally settled on the perfect one. The store is the larger of the two they have in the shopping center. They took it over from Tuesday Morning when it went out of business. I think they indicated it was 18,000 sq feet. Probably the largest comic book store I've ever visited. Lots of comics, games, cards, toys, plush, even a video game in the back to play? They also have a sister store in Woodbridge, just much smaller.

I was really nervous about how I would be treated considering I'm turning 21 next year, making me a little old for a toy shop, and I looked a little sickly from all the crying I've been doing, but everyone was wonderful. The employees were kind and attentive and made me feel like I was supposed to be there. One of the girl had a picture of Pedro pascal and we had friendly conversation over it. I don't know if anyone checks reviews for this location but I wanted to say thank you both for helping me in my grieving process even though you had no idea what I was going through. I took it back and selected 10 other paint to purchase. After waiting 20 minutes for the 2 managers to work in the RC department, one of them finally came up to handle the return. He smashed the tip into the paint pen for five minutes before seeing a trace of paint on the far end of the felt and declared that the pen wasn't returnable "because it's working". I explained that the tip was smashed now and he replied that the tip was already smashed. Frustrated, I told him to give me back the pen ($8.49) and take back the paint I was goint to purchase ($54.90) and that I would never shop there again. It was that simple. I then walked out of the store and promptly threw the defective pen in the trash. Such stupid customer service should not be rewarded by anyone. I would rather order online, pay shipping and wait for delivery than give this store my business again.
